The Oaks is absolutely wonderful!! The venue is breathtaking, and there are so many stunning locations to take photos. The grooms room and the bridal suite are so much fun, and they make for the perfect areas to get ready and relax before your big day. Everyone at The Oaks is so sweet! When we first toured the venue, Justin was so kind and thorough. He answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed! Our day of coordinator, Alex, was incredible! She is so kind, attentive, friendly, thoughtful, and detail oriented. She made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening, and we feel so blessed that we got to work with her!! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how pretty the venue is, how great the food was, and how nice every single person at The Oaks is. We had an absolutely amazing day, and we couldn't be more grateful. We simply can't recommend The Oaks enough. THANK YOU!

We had the most amazing wedding at The Oaks. Anna was amazing throughout the entire process and was extremely patient with us. The venue was perfect and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive for our guests. We had 160 people and it fit our guest size beautifully! Lengthy review incoming because I don’t have enough words to describe how much I recommend The Oaks. From the moment we booked this place for our wedding reception, their staff was kind, communicative and helpful. For context, I was the bride and my husband and I got married off-site at a church 10 minutes away. The Oaks is absolutely gorgeous. From the stylish, spacious event rooms, to the cozy dark speakeasy, to the BEAUTIFUL bride and groom suites, The Oaks had our guests stunned the moment they walked in. Everything is just perfect - and the different rooms for dinner and dancing may seem intimidating at first (from a planning and event flow perspective), but it’s actually such a neat change of scenery from the dining room to the bar. Everything is clean, spotless and breathtaking. The details are immaculate. And that’s just the inside. The views of the golf course from the cozy and spacious wrap-around deck are wonderful. And don’t get me started on the PEOPLE. I initially toured with Anna, and other wedding venues need to learn from The Oaks. I toured about 10 venues, and this was simply the best. I was immediately sold. Once we booked, Alex was our main contact and served as our day-of coordinator. She was the sweetest, most communicative planner - such a pleasure to work with. The Oaks is not only gorgeous, but also employs high-class, talented people who are very obviously skilled at all things event planning and execution. This includes kitchen and bar staff as well. Our entire reception flowed perfectly - and with so many people, this is important. As the bride, I felt included in decisions throughout the night, as Alex cleared every small detail by me. It was amazing. From the moment we booked our wedding reception at The Oaks, communication was stellar and I never felt anxious about hosting our family and friends there for such an important day. I want to plan random events so I have an excuse to host with The Oaks again. If you are torn between venues, let this review (coming from a very detail-oriented, type-A bride) be your decision-maker. I will forever brag about this place, that made our beautiful day come together so perfectly.

Attended a magical wedding. This venue is stunning! Great views, staff is very friendly and professional. Venue stays on schedule well. The only downside is the acoustics, the rooms are ridiculously loud. You find yourself next to someone’s ear yelling at them to have a conversation. Nice and sparkling clean. Great food. Plenty of parking, however no lighting in the lots.

Oh my goodness! Our wedding at the Oaks was an absolute DREAM! Justin was our Day of Coordinator and there for us every step of the way. We didn’t hire a wedding planner, and his expertise and attention to detail calmed so many of our nerves. He was there for us throughout the entire planning process if we had questions, and was on-site managing the details on the day of the wedding. He was so on top of EVERYTHING. From our initial tour, we knew The Oaks was different. Justin was there to greet us as soon as we walked in the building. We were blown away by his professionalism and the gorgeous venue space, and there were several things that stood out apart from other venues. One of which being the separate getting ready spaces for each partner. We are vegan, and wanted to do an all vegan wedding. We were concerned about needing to use their catering, but Justin assured us they have done all vegan weddings before. We were able to come in for a food tasting to try all of their vegan dishes, and were impressed by our options. Our meat and potatoes loving family loved the food, too! We just can’t say enough good things about The Oaks. If you’re looking for a 5-star experience, book your wedding here! You can guarantee no detail will be overlooked and everything will be perfect. A love letter to the Oaks - We wanted to drop a note to say thank you again for a fabulous wedding day and wedding planning experience. Our day was flawless, stress free and an absolute blast thanks to you and the incredible Oaks team. Our guests are still commenting on how great their entire guest experience was. We've been laughing at a video of us walking back up the hill right after the ceremony and the servers are already headed out of the bar with cocktails - everyone was that on it! Few wedding venues are as attentive as the Oaks and we are so thankful! Justin and Janae are both incredible to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. I recently photographed a wedding here & wanted to leave my review from a wedding photographer's viewpoint. First off the venue is located on a super pretty elevated area with beautiful views! If you're considering this as one of your venue choices STOP looking and start booking! The bridal suite is the largest I've ever seen and so gorgeous! The staff goes above and beyond for their couples which I witnessed first hand. It's the little things such as having a glass of champagne ready for the couple after the ceremony or coordinating with each vendor to make sure everything is seamless and smooth! I have photographed countless weddings and I can't wait to be back!
