I want to give a shout out to Tina and Isaiah he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect coat. That outlet has the best workers. Thank you for hiring good people like them two.

They had an unusual number of items for sale of 50% or more in a post-Christmas sale. I really wanted to buy something, but didn't because the colors, fit, design were not to my liking. They basically didn't have many of their best selling, popular items in the store.

I brought my 4 kids in for new coats as the weather quickly changed and they needed warm coats. Nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything, and we were in there for at least 20 mins. There were a lot of things for adults (lots of crop type coats if you’re into that 😝) but only paper thin coats for kids. The employees just glared at me and my kids the entire time we were in there, so I didn’t dare ask for help. NOT at all impressed! We ended up going to the Pleasant Prarie Costco and found a way better selection, price, and nice employees!

This store was the worst retail experience I had went shopping at the Premium Outlets. The three staff members on the floor were ignoring customers, blocking the aisles and talking with each other about their personal lives refusing to help anybody who came their way. Don’t waste your time coming to the store , save your time (and money) and shop online.

This store is a hidden gem! Was just there, and they had the whole store 50% off. We scored plenty of the $350 parkas for just HALF THE PRICE! With this unpredictable weather, it was a steal... will definitely come back.

Visited this store for the second time recently, driving about 30-40 minutes each way. Both times I have found a fantastic selection and great prices! Customer service is helpful without being pushy and although the store is always busy from many people shipping, it’s still possible to get around.

Be watching carefullly these things on final sale. There may be some severe defects on some items. Bought several down vests and when back home found 2 vests with some drink spilled on. Made call to inquire if return is possible. And they just hang up the phone.
