Room was clean and well equipped with necessities. We were both impressed with the cleanliness of the room. After several hotels along our cross country road trip, this was our favorite. We found ourselves wishing we could stay more than one night at this location. The only two things I found it lacking was key cards (pin code entrance only) and wishing the mattress was less firm. Highly recommend this location. Great stay, great price.

The Nest is a long term stay friendly hotel with no phones in room and no keycards (code to enter building and room). The receptionist is often not at the desk and 10:30pm -6am no one is on duty. Security is a bit of a concern since anyone can waltz in the front door when no one is on duty. Location is fairly new. April 2024 - eclipse event hotel was sold out. Although the insulation is not great, everyone was quite respectful and we didn’t hear anything from floor above nor the highway right next door. It does come with a fully stocked kitchen, full fridge with ice maker, pots and pans, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Our two kings suite was quite spacious but the beds were awful. The bedding and cleanliness of the suite were good. The lighting is limited and privacy shade rough to operate. One sitting chair, one ottoman table, a rolling chair along with a small table for work area. TV was sufficiently sized. Windows need to be cleaned from the outside.

Honestly, everything about this place was great! The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Check out staff was friendly. And the price was so affordable. Definitely a new favorite.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. Quiet enough to sleep day and night. Kitchen is a big plus. Love the walk in showers. Rooms come with plenty of miscellaneous things that you may need such as coffee, soaps, paper towels, dishes, ect. All blankets, sheets, and towels are clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Living space with big tv is nice to relax. Balcony is small but good enough to set a chair or two on and get some fresh air. Staff is always working so they’re not always at the front desk but they’re very prompt when you call or need anything. Staff is very professional and polite. Staff aren’t foreign and speak English.

Great place to stay! Very convenient to restaurants. Clean room & beds. Large roomy area to relax in & watch t.v. Would recommend! * bonus they allow pets*

We stayed during the eclipse, which was obviously a high traffic time and the staff seemed shorthanded. All that being said, probably our worst hotel experience ever. First, my reservation was made through their web site (not a 3rd party like Expedia, etc). Paperwork said check in time was 1pm. Showed up at 1:30pm and walked in to find an unmanned desk with a note taped to the counter that check-ins weren't until 3:00pm. Fortunately, it's an area with plenty around so we went for a sit down lunch. At check-in, I was told they called everyone the night before to let them know about the late check-in. I didn't receive a phone call. Later that day, I found that they did send an email at 6:30am that day. No message in the email itself, but once I opened the attached room reservation, "check-in time at 3:00pm" was highlighted in yellow. A minor inconvenience, but we have never experienced that elsewhere. Then at check-in, after they explained where my room was, I realized I wouldn't have a balcony/patio. I specifically booked a room with that feature. They said the way the reservation came over, that wasn't clear to them so they had cleaned a different room for me. I showed my reservation confirmation, booked through their web site, and it clearly showed "room with balcony." They didn't have any available. I pressed a bit more. Then I was told they could give me one but it'd take another hour to two hours to clean it. I said that was fine; we wanted a balcony--that's why we booked it. So, off to keep busy again waiting to check-in. They did call in about an hour and said the room was ready. The room itself is difficult to describe. It is like a one bedroom apartment. We were thankful for the full kitchen. But, the priorities seem off for a place that boasts it's like your second home. There's a washer and dryer but only one end table in the bedroom. There's a dishwasher but the living room lacks a coffee table. The living room was very large but hard to get comfortable in. Probably the worst part of our stay (not to mention the strong smell of pot every time we were out in the hallway) was the noise. The kitchen/living floors are like a fake wood flooring. Apparently the people above us had the same because we think they had a toddler in a walker. There was a constant sound of what we can only assume was rolling back and forth across the floor, walking in heels, a dog whing and barking, etc. This went on for hours and hours. We didn't hear neighbors on either side of us, but above was terrible--like there isn't enough "cushion" in between guests. Neither of us slept well. And, the front desk being unmanned too often is also a concern. We definitely will choose a different hotel if we're ever back in the area.

As the front desk shared with us. This is not bad for a cheap hotel. Blinds were broken when we arrived and never fixed. The said the blinds were under warranty and they had to wait to fix them. It was comical.

Was just passing thru Indiana on my way back to Baltimore and stayed here for a night. The beds are super comfy! Free breakfast early in the morning. They had eggs, bacon, bagels, waffles, sausage and fresh orange juice and apple juice. Pretty good!!
