The Nest Hotel - Motel in Rapid City - 15 E North St, USA

Good long term stay, not so much if you are looking for single night stays.

Wow, what a very pleasant surprise as we went outside"the box" on this hotel. I can't remember staying in a cleaner room inon my recent travels! We loved the roomy,Spartan, room that met our every need. We enjoyed a comfortable,restful nights sleep in our spacious room. The staff was really what sold us from the first phone call with Denise😊||The location is very functional with a pleasant view. If your looking for a functional hotel,clean,warm and friendly, affordable,this is the place! ||Tom and Markie you have an eye for detail and it has been noted! ||Thanks for the reading material placed in our room too👍 Enjoyed reading with my fresh cup of joe.

We had a great stay at The Nest! We made a last minute reservation, and were very pleased with how extremely clean, cute, and comfortable it was! The bottom unit was a bit noisy with foot traffic from above, but was not bad at all. The hotel staff were kind, and provided great recommendations for local food. And the in-room coffee was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

It was just as advertised. It has been recently remodeled building that was originally an older hotel. They did a great job and it has a clean, simple decor that was very clean and a great value for a simple place to sleep. They also offered a simple breakfast of coffee, yogurt, cereal, etc. ||||The only things that were minor issues were that the rooms didn't really have compfortable seating/charis. they did have a desk and work station area with something like an office chair. But not a place to "sit and visit or watch TV". It was fine for us we didn't have kids with and didn't get back to the room until it was time to go to bed anyway.||||While it wasn't noisy, you could hear the other normal sounds in a hotel. Such as water or footsteps in the upstairs.||||Nice that it included a fridge and microwave in room.

This was an all around great experience! The rooms are very clean and modern, and the staff is very helpful. We were upgraded at no charge to a larger room when they found we had not booked one with adequate room for all of us. The area looks a little sketchy, but we had no issues and there are some newer shopping/eating areas not too far away. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the quiet time, cozy place and the safety of my room

Room was clean and modern and updated. Everything seemed recently remodeled. Beds were comfy and linens smelled clean and fresh. Big TV with cable and a lot of channels. Breakfast was modest but good enough: 3 choices of cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, individually packaged muffins and pastries, yogurt. Front desk staff was friendly. Location was good with view of the hills. If ever back in Rapid City will stay here again.

The rooms were updated and clean. The beds were firm with a soft top (which is my favorite). Breakfast is sparse but we knew that going in and wanted to visit another breakfast place instead so it worked out. The showers we're large and water pressure good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
