Oh my goodness. I'm already a huge sucker for tomato soup and grilled cheese. But this was the cheesiest grilled cheese I have ever had - and that is not the best part. There is an option to add blue cheese 😱 highly recommend if you love blue cheese like I do! My friend had one of the salads and some fries and was already really happy with her meal. The portion sizes were great, and our server was also attentive but not overbearing. I also love the location as I am a big fan of the plaza district. Will definitely be back to try other meals!!!

The BEST recommendation we've had in a long time! We tried the Pony and Fancy Pants sandwiches and both were absolutely delicious. The onion rings are by far the best we've ever had!! We also had the huge poutine and we ate them all because they were perfect. No space left for dessert but hopefully we can sometime try the Oreo one. The staff was the NICEST! We loved everything about this place!

Today was my first experience at The Mule and I was very impressed. Customer service was friendly and engaging the entire visit. I ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer and it was perfect with the tomato soup. I ordered the Mac Pony and it was fantastic! Full of flavor in every bite. For the side I did the soup of the day which was black bean soup and it was great as well. I am sober but I wanted a mule, and my waitress had me made a virgin mule which was excellent. Next time I'm in OKC I'm absolutely stopping by and would recommend it to others as well.

This place has great sandwiches. I got the Cortez, and it was beyond delicious. The Philly was okay. I used to get the Mac n Cheese that crumbles bread, but it seems that I no longer have it, but it still tastes good. Great customer service.

Got lucky in Oklahoma City. Staying close by so decided to give this place a try. Great Google reviews. Here goes. The reviews were well earned. The place is open design so it can be loud. We got in on Friday night with minimal wait. The cheese curd appetizer was really good but I hit a home run with the Philly with onion rings. The onion rings are home made and exceptional. The Philly was not far behind. We really enjoyed

Overall, this place was great! The food and service were pretty great and the atmosphere was ok! For the food, it came out in a reasonable time and felt like a decent sized portion. I recommend doing any of the sandwiches with the fries (I got the chicken bacon ranch). The only knock here would be the slightly high price. The service was great and our waitress was on top of our needs, like refills and such, through our whole experience. The atmosphere was okay, but nothing stood out to me as mule-esk. It felt like it was kinda like a western themed aesthetic. It would be cool is they were able to lean more into the mule theme somehow. There is also a parking issue at this restaurant due to little parking options in the area.

The food was good but I wouldn't say the best. The onion rings were under cooked and had no flavor which was disappointing because they were recommended. The rueben was pretty good and the oreo tower was delicious. Can't complain about anything. We would eat there again if over in the area but not a go out of our way to eat again.

The food was above average but not superb. I came for the Okie Poutine which was smothered. I liked it but the hubby said it was too much. We both prefer brown gravy but I get the southern reference. The mules we ordered were stout & burned the back of our throats. Almost tasted like cough medicine. We've definitely had better. Hubby had the burger & onion rings which he said were greasy. I ordered the special, a Tony Soprano. It was supposed to be a burger with Italian flair. Waitress really sold it so I ordered it with tomato soup as my side. They brought the wrong soup (broccoli cheddar) but fixed it and took 3 bucks off the bill. The tomato was thick & spicy (could've been the mule) and my burger was sub-par. It was over cooked. You couldn't see the patty under the HUGE bun they used & there were banana peppers in the fontina cheese that I had to pick out because I don't like peppers. Server never said anything about peppers inside the sandwich & the specials board had no description whatsoever. Service was excellent. Not sure we will be back, though.
