I called to book a last minute bachelorette chair dancing private session. They were very accommodating us last minute. The studio was easy to find with lots of parking. The session itself was fun and we were laughing and left with a few extra dance moves and a fun dance routine! We were all different levels of fitness and none of us had any dance experience but it was very doable and fun! Also once I booked and paid the first fee, everyone else paid at the door, which was super great so we didn’t overpay or feel like we needed to invite more people. I would definitely recommend this studio to everyone!
Ashley was amazing!! She made us so comfortable and we had a great time! Ashley was very talented and we are so grateful for the time she took to help us out. Definitely book with her for a good time.
Moxy Movement is hands down the best aerial dance studio in Utah. I started pole dancing with them 9 months ago and it’s legitimately changed my life. Not only have I made great progress because of the incredible instruction, but I’ve been accepted into this incredible community of amazing people that is now very important to me. If you have been thinking about taking a class, but you’re nervous about it, do yourself a favor and just take the class. This studio is an incredibly safe and supportive space ❤️
Moxy is a great place to learn and train for pole. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoy myself every time I walk into the studio, and leave a bit stronger and more confident than before.
I came to Moxy when I was looking for a new pole dance studio and a friend recommended it. I was not sure because of the price point but I decided to give it a chance. I fell in love immediately during my first class. Angela is one of the most professional, experienced and kindest instructors I have met. She holds a safe space for learning pole and more aerialists arts. Moxy has the energy I was looking for: Safe, supportive, high vibe, professional. I love this place and this community. You’ll find a beautiful place to practice pole and aerialist disciplines.
There are not enough amazing things I can say about this studio. The instructors are so kind and dedicated to making you feel empowered and excited about all types of movement. The classes are incredibly inviting- there is a no judgement zone and you are highly encouraged to learn at your own pace- mistakes are celebrated. The memberships are so worth it and ensure that instructors receive a living wage for the classes they are so passionate about. I truly feel excited each time I go to a class. If you’re looking for a studio that has all these amazing qualities, this is the place for you!!!
I love it here (sadly I was only visiting…seriously I’m devastated that this isn’t my studio). The energy from everyone is so positive, and I’m obsessed with Ashley (in a non creepy way). I took a couple of private Lyra lessons and she blew my mind with how well she instructs — it’s less of a let me show you, and more queuing specific contact points/how your body should be engaging which unlocked so much for me in TWO private lessons. Thanks for having me Moxy!! I hope I can squeeze in 1-2 more classes before I leave next week.
Moxy has given me so many opportunities to learn. Not to mention how fun Open Stage night have been. I first started by taking the 10 day unlimited pass because it is cheap and I can binge several classes in a day. The staff is wonderful and after one class I was addicted. They have many workshops from teachers all over the place so there’s always something fun to look forward to. I feel like after over 3 months of classes I am becoming more confident again and building my alignment better than ever before.
