The Mosey Hotel - Featured Reviews (531)
I stayed here while going to a friend’s wedding. Room is big and clean. Lobby is clean and inviting. Value is good $200, part of the room block. Shower is nice with a detachable hose. And there is a mini fridge.
I like the area, lots of cute stores near by. Can walk to Glen park to see the waterfall. A really cute comic book and ice cream shop right next door.
Staff are super friendly. We ended up staying another night and they gave us the same rate. It was going to rain that day so I asked if we can borrow umbrellas and they do have umbrellas for guests to use which is so nice.
Pool is small but still nice to have a pool there and I did go in for a bit.
We had breakfast with the other wedding guests in a private room. The eggs, bacon and fruit were all delicious.
Would def stay here again if I am in the area
We came in town to visit family and stayed at The Mosey for 5 nights. We loved this hotel. It’s one of the best Hiltons in the city. They are very customer service friendly. Everyone from the front dest to the restaurant employees and housekeeping were very nice and professional. Anything we needed they brought to the room right away. A few days I was out of the hotel around 7:30am and would see housekeeping already cleaning. The room we stayed in was very nice. 2 king bed that were super comfortable. The pillows felt like a dream. I wished I could take them home. They are better than my sleep number pillows! The hotel was very clean and always smelled fresh. One inconvenience was that they don’t have a liquor license so the bar was not open. I’m not sure when they will get it back. They have plenty of parking and the location is great. Your right near the highway and can get anywhere in about 15 mins. I’d definitely recommend staying here. We will continue to use this location anytime we visit.
Service was a bit rough relative to other places, but overall professional and polite. Easy parking, easy navigation to and from the location. Rooms were clean and newish looking. Id come back.
We booked a king suite for $500 a night for a couple of nights. We checked in around 7.30 pm and came back to sleep around 11 pm. We noticed that the sheets were dirty and the pull out couch had a pair of dirty socks from someone previous stay. We informed the front desk and they apologized and sent up a new set of sheets and said there was not housekeeping at that hour. The next morning I went down and explained the entire situation to the front desk and at about 11.45 am before leaving requested if the room could be cleaned and sheets could be changed. The lady at the front desk apologized for the experience and again apologized and assured me that it would be taken care off, I came back to the hotel around 6.45 pm that evening to see NOTHING was done. Again the front desk lady now has sent a fresh sheets as no housekeeping so “change it yourself” and bathroom is filthy dirty !!! This is the service they are charging you for $500/night. If the Hilton US management is reading this review, experiences like this damage the brand reputation. Spider webs on the windows , dirty sheets, filthy bathroom. I would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel!!!!
Its preferable to share your experience directly with the Host, but in this case, they haven't asked! The experience was a wonder. Geez $300 plus for a room with a ceiling crack the length of the room. Yep repairs are planned in cooler weather and they are aware of the crack. Maybe it was the digital alarm clock that got under my skin when I couldn't figure out how to dim it all night and also saw the piled-on plugs to a power strip, attached to the bed. It could have been the black mold in the bathroom. Or maybe when we thought to enjoy their breakfast but the restaurant was vacant and no hostess to be found. It could have been the wonder when they may finish their landscaping out front where the heat-trace(?) coils are showing. Sheets were very nice. Location was awesome. Props to the front desk that agreed to give me a Hilton Honors discount when the service the previous evening told me to contact Hilton directly.
One of the friendliest hotel experiences I've ever had. Beautiful rooms. Bright, open lobby. Spotless. World-class customer service.
Born and raised in WNY, I have been a Florida resident for 15 years. The Mosey is my home away from home, and I always look forward to coming back.
Beautiful lobby and bar area. Experienced and friendly staff including front desk and housekeeping. Room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable including ample pillows and bedding. Towels absorbent and plentiful for our room. Did not use the pool, spa, or fitness center but if we had more time I def would have.
This place is amazing! The workouts are challenging, yet fun. The 30 minutes fly by. Dan and Victoria are perceptive trainers who know how to push you to your limits! Being able to begin the circuit workout as soon as you arrive makes this a conve

I love the chill relaxing vibe at the Moor Pat! Great selection of craft brews and yummy bar bites. I was running late to meet a friend there for a drink on a Thursday night. She texted me and told me not to rush or worry that Corey, the bartender, w
