The Mosey Buffalo Williamsville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton - Hotel in Williamsville - 5195 Main St, USA

When I stay at any hotel that’s part of a collection, I expect to be wowed. And I was. I said to myself, “Wow, this place is nothing but a larger Hampton Inn.” At a Tapestry hotel, you’d expect to be greeted in a warm and inviting fashion. Instead, the front desk, person talked fast, moved me along impersonally, and forgot to mention there were improvements going on in the hallway of my floor. When I got off the elevator, I was greeted by wallpaper hangers. Not terribly awful and also when else would they work, but give me an expectation. I needed a nap after a long drive and before a meeting. The tapping on the all wasn’t workers fault. But it woke me. Beyond being a bit larger, the room was a basic Hampton Inn with a better shower. The best part of my stay was opening my curtain and seeing a Starbucks across the street. Not to go on, this hotel is not worth the extra cost. Presently, it doesn’t belong on the Hilton Tapestry list. The location served its purpose.

It definitely exceeded my expectations, especially with it being rated as a 3-star hotel! The reviews were certainly true, with the cleanliness of the rooms to the lobby and its gym. During one of the mornings, when one of their elevators had broken down, they immediately placed the sign and just an hour or two passed before it was in service again. There was abundant parking at midnight, despite the rooms being completely booked out for the weekend. It is definitely worth a visit, despite the hefty price tag (redeem some points if you have them)!

The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, my experience at The Mosey Hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Buffalo. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future!

Overall, this is a very comfortable business-style hotel. The housekeeping was excellent, and the desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Spot Coffee, Walgreens, and more. It's a great location for visiting family in Williamsville and getting around Buffalo.

This was a last-minute booking as we just needed a place to stay for one night while traveling. I'd never stayed at a Tapestry Collection property but we were impressed and would totally stay again. The room was spacious and clean -- had everything we needed and we slept like babies. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel. Upscale feel. Very comfortable rooms. Lots of space - loved the shower. Breakfast was good in the restaurant. Staff was wonderful. Convenient location, near restaurants and shopping. My only issue is that the hallway noise carries into the room.

They do a great job caring for the rooms. The breakfast at this location doesn't come with your stay it's $15 per person. Even though comparable hotels offer it complimentary. I did like how they have a dedicated elevator for their team members. I believe this helps them with their services without having to wait for guests.

Very uneven experience. Well located close to many stores and restaurants, but rooms, while spacious, are poorly designed for recreational travelers, with the (single) sink, toilet, and shower all in one space. Our room also had a huge open dead spot in the corner, as if a chair or sofa had been removed and never replaced. There was a built in bench for a suitcase, but when I asked the night staff for an extra suitcase stand (there were TWO of us) they looked at me as if I had asked for a neutron particle accelerator. Literally no idea what I was talking about. Finally got something delivered late the next day. ||TV was complicated and did not allow you to select channels; instead you had to scroll through every station to find the one you wanted, every time. Channels, I guess, are so 2000!||Finally, despite a fully stocked bar, the new restaurant could not serve alcohol - some problem with the liquor license. ||Would I stay here again? Maybe.
