The Morris Apartments - Apartment complex in Nashville - 818 19th Ave S, USA

Just finished the move in process with the Morris. Not only did Zola Bowman's amazing personality make a compelling case to move in, but the building itself is stunning! So many great amenities and one of the best rooftop views of Nashville in the city. Zola was incredibly patient and helpful with my plethora of questions regarding the move-in process. I can't recommend her or The Morris enough!

I just moved into The Morris last week and I worked with Lauren throughout the entire process. My experience with her was wonderful from the beginning to my move in date and beyond. I am so happy with this building and the staff here. I can't recommend Lauren and the building enough!

I absolutely do not like how my daughter was treated during her visit to the property in particular by Lauren (the manager on duty at the time). It was the total opposite of what my oldest daughter experienced and secured when looking for a luxury apartment in Cleveland. I mention this factor only because it appeared the young lady had an issue with them...no offering to sit them down to cover information, offering of water, coffee etc. As a private practice owner, I am disgusted and outraged of how business was handled and will be reaching out to the owner for resolution. If you value your business, you would not have someone of this caliber occupying that position. 1/23/2024 - after speaking with the property manager Jasmine, who reached out to me and my daughter, my impression of the company and its customer service has changed. The issue has been resolved and I want to indicate that Lauren also reached out to my daughter and I with an apology as she did not intend for my daughter's visit to be unpleasant. This is one of very few unpleasant experiences that was handled very professionally and I would recommend residency at this point. If an issue of this caliber can be resolved in such a short amount of time, I feel confident as a resident that any issue (if addressed) will be handled appropriately. Thank you Jasmine and Lauren for your professionalism in resolving this issue.

The apartment and its amenities were great. The property itself was very spacious and had an amazing view however, the leasing manager Lauren Redlowsk left a very poor impression upon touring the property for the first time. Before the start of the tour, there was no greeting from a leasing professional (Lauren) nor a follow up email concerning price quotes. After the self-guided tour, I had some follow up questions in regards to the property however, Lauren’s disposition came across as distasteful and uninviting. In addition, a welcome/ guest pamphlet or folder was not provided. Although this was a lovely property, the leasing services to perspective residents could be improved.

I recently toured the Morris and really liked the building and the staff. Everyone nice and helpful including the leasing agent Lauren who went out of her way to show me any possible unit and amenities.

Marketed me an apartment that I honestly don't think was ever even available, just to tell me I'm "not qualified" (i live in a similar building next door) & try and pocket the application fee. I obviously disputed it with my bank, and 5 months they put a "collection" on my credit report! Unethical,shady company

Dalton is literally the best. My saving grace when I need anything fixed. He is always here so quickly and always asks if there’s anything more he can do. Plus my pets adore him. Such an amazing addition to the team!!

The location is unbeatable, the apartments are well designed and modern. It has super nice amenities and a pool with an incredible view of the city. It also has a 24-hour Concierge.
