The Moose and Maple Lodge - Lodge in South Lake Tahoe - 947 Park Ave, USA

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including a convenient mini kitchen that was fully equipped. The amenities were top-notch and made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and overall excellent experience!

I absolutely loved staying here! I booked via AirBNB and the hosts were so great! The location is perfect, it’s easy to get to anywhere from this point and it’s far enough from the main road that you don’t hear any traffic. I never heard another guest my entire stay, and I didn’t need to bring the noise machine I had packed as reviews did mention that walls were rather thin. The room was great, more space than I originally thought. There is space under the bed for luggage and gear, and the wardrobe is perfect to put jackets and clothing. I had my two dogs with me - an Alaskan Malamute and a Siberian Husky - so I brought tons of food with me and cooked all my meals in the kitchenette every day. I was in unit 10 which was right in the corner, this also made taking the pups out super easy! The bathroom was rather spacious and clean. This place was great and I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

This is my second time booking at Moose and Maple and I am throughly impressed with how well everything is taken care of here. The rooms are some of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at in the South Lake Tahoe area. I really enjoy also how close it is to everything in town as well. The workers taking care of the facilities are very kind and inviting too. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family coming to the Tahoe area!

My stay at The Moose and Maple Lode was absolutely stellar! The views of the lake and mountains just a short walk away were jaw-dropping, and the room was comfy and spacious. Management was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Plus, being so close to outdoor activities and dining spots made it a perfect base for adventures. Can't recommend it enough for anyone heading to South Lake Tahoe!

Perfect location 3 mins walk from the village gondola and restaurants. Very helpful staff. Only minor quibble is that all the one-bed apartments are ground floor, and the noise from footsteps above is pretty loud if you have noisy upstairs neighbours. If you're in a larger apartment on the upper floor, this won't be a problem. I had a one month stay and especially appreciated the free laundry facilities, and communal bbq and patio. Great value, would recommend.

Do not book this place during the winter - even if the roads are closed (and all state travel advisory says to not drive) into Tahoe they will not give you a refund. We had to negotiate for nearly an hour with the manager to convince him that the roads were unsafe - you’re much better off booking at the nearby marriot or Hilton who have much better cancellation policies especially with inclement weather conditions

Very nice and comfortable. We were in an upstairs unit, not as noisy as others. In town for a morning wedding, hard to find the iron but we contacted them and they had it to us quickly we made it to the wedding on time. I stayed here with my husband and 2 sisters, it was so nice to have our own bathrooms, bedrooms in the opposite side of shared kitchen/living area. Location was great, we walked/scootered everywhere. Took an Uber once which was such a waste as we could have easily walked. Only downsides were some of the fans had built up dust, no replacement bags for the kitchen trash can & the outdoor patio space was under construction but they were working on it daily so I’m sure it’ll be fixed in no time. Would definitely stay here again.
