I really enjoyed the drinks AND food here. They had many vegetarian / vegan friendly options which I was happy to see. I had the Mezzaluna pasta and the red pepper+walnut dip. What can I say.... It was one of the best meals I had in LA so far. The pasta was creamy and perfect in texture and taste. The dip was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. It was finger-licking good. Please do yourself a favor and order it!

One of our favorite go to restaurants in Santa Monica. 1/2 price drinks most of the day/night, nice selection of food and decent prices. Service ranges from solid good to excellent. Highly recommend it. Chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and chicken lentil soup are all excellent choices.

This place is incredible! I came solo and got the salmon and the mac and cheese. The wait staff was super welcoming and friendly.

We sat down after 6:30 pm and the server told us about the happy hour with 50% off cocktails and wines by the glass till 7:00 pm. What a pleasant surprise! We ordered the Tuscan Kale Quinoa salad, the Farmers Market Beets salad and the shrimp and bass ceviche. The kale salad was OMG good. I told the server that I loved fennel and frisée to beets. He said he should be able to request for the portion adjustment. They did a fantastic job on that! We definitely will come back when we are in town again! ❤️

Went there and ordered a drink $28.80 for a vodka soda. Sat outside on a table double table with permission of the occupants of the other half of the table. And got asked by a waiter to leave the table so I left the venue on principle and didn’t even have a sip of the expensive vodka. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t go there if you want to have a good time and be a respected customer. Useless!!!

A 3 might be a little harsh on the food, most likely you’ll go and enjoy what you had but almost everything on the menu is overpriced for the portion and flavors they provide. The Misfit used to be our spot so I’ve tried a few items… The drinks are also overpriced but almost worth it since they are usually on the stronger end. I still think it’s one of the coolest interiors in Santa Monica but the little cookie at the end doesn’t cut it anymore. It’s pretty dark and everything’s sold individually, nothing’s been updated… The staff is never really that friendly even when they’ve seen you a few times and well, I could chalk it up to the staunch that lives in Santa Monica but the truth is… most places are better vibes. It still gets an overall 4 because I don’t want to hurt their reputation too much, it’s just not what it used to be I guess.

I’ve been going to this establishment for over ten years, since 2013. Also had a company happy hour there just last week with no issue (see receipt below). Yesterday, a bartender (overweight man with long curly hair) on a power trip refused to serve me because my ID had a small crack in it. The “manager” then came over and supported the bartender without even listening to me. I offered to show them a photo of my passport to verify that the birth date in the id is actually correct, and he still refused. The funniest part is I used the same ID last week, and continued to use the same ID at elephante and bungalow last night with no issue. My friend and I were dumbfounded about how someone can be on a complete power trip. Leaves a bad feeling given the thousands of dollars of business I’ve given misfit over the years, including twice in the last month. Edit: walked in there tonight after a dinner with my team and ordered 6 shots of tequila with no issue. Case in point about the absolutely ridiculous treatment I received earlier this week. Had a bunch of back and forth with the manager and the dude at the bar with the ponytail who I inadvertently accused of being the instigator of the nonsense earlier in the week. Regardless of what happened here - I or any of my team will not be back here again. Too many other options that value our business more: which they should given there were more staff than customers there on a Friday night. Also: Shoutout to Jordan, who handled the issue so well and empathized and understood why this whole thing struck a nerve with me.

Love this place! Sat at the bar for Happy Hour. Zack was a wonderful bartender. Cocktails were half price from 3-7. They were delicious and very strong! Fried chicken sandwich was also very delicious! Decor and vibe was classy and beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
