This was a super cute little park, and the kiddos loved it!! It was a great place for them to run out energy before our 10 hour drive home. It had a lot of different things to do and I loved the little stage area it had for them to put on a show. It has really good paths for a nice stroll and it's very shaded.
love this park, it has seating for large groups, it has small easy trails to walk, and it has a dog park that is divided by large or small dogs area.
This big beautiful park was a hit with our kids while we were in FL on vacation. We didn’t use the bathroom facilities or the fields, but the expansive playground was full of equipment that kept them playing for hours. There are spaces appropriate for kids from toddler to middle school. Definitely one of the best parks in the area!
This beautiful playground is open to public, free to public, but each time I go there, the place is empty, which is absolutely fine with me. I have the whole place to myself with the quiet and the view.
It's kept really clean with nice walk trails for dog walking, shades, parking lots, rest rooms, etc.
We accidentally found this park and it was a wonderful experience. There is plenty of parking and it was a circle one way parking lot. The park had so much picnic tables and areas. This is great place for kids because the playground was big. There was multiple swings and multiple paly area. Great place to see the lake as well. There was restrooms and a office building too. This park closes at 8:30 PM.
Nice park and nice atmosphere to walk around in and have a good day. The place is very lively with lots of people and things to do and see. The nature here is very preserved and well kept.
I came here today for the first time, and I love it! I didn't know this park existed until I was at the Lake County Animal Shelter the other day. Came to Lake Idamere Park for a picnic, and ended up walking around exploring. There is a play area for kids, a dog park, lots of picnic tables everywhere, a fishing ramp complete with a tube to put your old fishing line in (that way it isn't getting tangled on marine life/other animals, or getting caught up on anything.) I love that! There is also a cleared path to walk on. Lots of trees, cacti, birds, squirrels, lizards, plants! It's right on the lake as well, so it makes part of the nature walk even more beautiful. I definitely recommend coming here, even if you're alone.
This is the best park in town! Very shaded and misting umbrellas are getting to cool down the kids (and me). Water fountains and bathrooms are very well kept. We love having a picnic under the gazebos when they aren't rented out for parties!
