The pizza was ok, good prices, the atmosphere is great. There is an elevator at the back entrance to take you to the second level, which is the game room. You go thru the front if you don't want to go upstairs and then back downstairs to get to the restaurant which is on the 1st floor. Bathrooms, restaurant and game room were really clean. Service in the restaurant was great, our waitress was very nice. Pizza came out way faster than expected, was good, not much flavor to it, but it wasn't bad. In the game room, you have to get a card and load the card with credits that you use on the games. Your points are loaded directly onto your card, and you use the points to collect prizes. Was a fun experience, a great family atmosphere
I took our family to Mineshaft, Hartford for our Christmas celebration. We had 20 in our group ages 4 to 84 and enjoyed the afternoon very much. When I got there ahead of everyone, I ordered appetizers with the hostess for when we would be seated and that worked very well. We met an hour before seating in the bar area and enjoyed drinks and a visit. We were seated at exactly the time requested and enjoyed the appetizers while ordering from the menu. The waitress, Courtney, was absolutely excellent! Orders were taken in a timely manner while we enjoyed the appetizers. Meals were all different and the menu gave everyone the choice of their favorites from pizza to sandwiches to steak. Courtney brought the meals out as they were ready, cleared empty plates from the tables and was ready for our dessert orders. We had 2 tables and where we were seated felt like we were the only family there on this very busy day! Next came the game room fun. What a perfect way to celebrate 🎄Already looking forward to next year!!! Thank you, everyone at Mineshaft!!!
Took my nephew here for a game room experience, got a good special of 100credit of games large pizza and pitcher of pop for 45$! Our waiter Christopher was very enthusiastic even though our bill would be almost nothing. Would recommend to at least visit once. Just know the games for the prizes you get is a rip off but the memories aren’t.
A group of 9 of us came to celebrate a birthday. 8 of us loved our flavorful food. Our server was nice but fell short of care. The drink orders weren't correct the first go around, and we never were checked on for the duration of our meal time. We all needed napkins, and the condiments requested were provided by another server. Had it not been for Marie's teammates, who helped serve our table, we probably wouldn't have been as pleased. Overall, we loved the atmosphere. The kids (big and small) thoroughly enjoyed the game room, and our family will be back to try one of the many food or drink specials or some of the specialty food options. If you are not from the area, it is worth the drive, but a reservation is recommended, and having someone from your party should stay seated downstairs to wait for your party to be called. You will not hear your party be called from the game room.
Went to lunch at The Mineshaft on a Monday afternoon. Hannah was a wonderful server and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was quiet as it was not crowded. We had the daily special which was an open-faced prime rib sandwich with a side of fries and the beef mushroom potato soup. All of that was only 9.99. The soup was large and very filling, so much so that most of my actual meal went in a left-over box. The open-faced prime rib sandwich was tender and delicious (as well as the fries). We also had the bottomless sprecher's root beer floats and the deep-fried dill pickle chips as an appetizer. I'd recommend every bit of it. It was all delicious and we will definitely return!
Had a party of 7. Stuck us inside the back door in a walkway. Constantly getting bumped. Waitress service was inadequate. Not enough room on the table and dirty dishes piling up. Everyone got their soups, salads & appetizers except for one person. Had to flag down a waiter for the bowl of chili. He brought it out 10 minutes later half full and his thumb in the chili. Will definitely not return.
Great place to bring the family. Or to just have a beer. Any kind of mixed drinks are like water, though. Margaritas, Tiki drinks, Rum Runner, whatever, they are quite weak.
What a fun discovery! Place is huge, but very cozy and inviting. Tried the fish fry (perch and poor man's lobster), and it was delicious. Soup wasn't listed, but I asked the server, and she brought me a bowl of some of the best clam chowder I've had in a while! Looks like they have a fun drink menu as well, so can't wait to come back! Well worth the 2 hour drive!
Hidden gem. first time here not my last... Absolutely, my best breakfast eating out in the last 5 years. Excellent service and a comfy place with all the fancy coffee. Gyro skillet - Biscuits and gravy, breakfast burrito all extremely good and decent
What stood out for me was the service. The fellow behind the counter was friendly and efficient. When I was at my table, he saw me using the straw to spoon my milkshake and brought a spoon over. The burgers, fries, onion rings and milk shakes were e

Fantastic food, friendly owner, and a great place to eat. Can't ask for anything more. I'm going to recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends. You can also count me as a repeat customer. My only complaint is that I wish it wasn't 40 minu
Wow, what a shocker! This place is incredible. Start with a massive Lionel train layout followed by a wild assortment of vintage cars. Go upstairs and find more classics plus Soo Line 1003 steam engine!
Was at Pueblaâs Kitchen a couple times now and they have really good breakfasts! ð³ Most recently I was there for dinner and had a super tasty Burrito! I had pork in my burrito which was deliciously caramelized and so tasty! This place is probabl
YOU'VE BEEN SUMMONED! Stumbled onto this place after a visit to the auto museum. Very cool entrance followed by an amazing lower level. Beautiful design and impeccable bar. Fantastic array of local beers, but try the food! Quesadilla was great, flat
Anytime Fitness Hartford is an amazing place! Great building, great equipment, awesome staff!!! When I started with them one year ago, I was almost 191 lbs and heading up. Now, a year later, I am at 153 lbs and still heading down! All of the coac
Magnificent park, with a beautiful lake, and great for families, and kids throughout the year. Whereas the lake is full of boats during summers, expect a whole lot of snowmobiles and snowshoeing during the winters. The trails range from easy to moder
We chose this spot for a birthday breakfast celebration. We got a cozy booth and spent over an hour chatting. The coffee had a very nice flavor. The food was fresh and delicious! The menu has an old-time diner's feel. Great staff, an amazing chef wor
First and foremost: this pizza is amazing! Small shop in the strip mall by Piggly Wiggly. Stopped in for a quick slice for dinner on a Friday night. Despite being busy, my wife and I were able to order quickly and found seats with no issue. Service
I read some of the other reviews that were complaining, but it was so close to family I booked anyway. I had a great experience. I had a first-floor room, convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It had all the amenitie
