I was at Hershey with my family and after a whole day of chocolate indulgence and coaster rides we were longing for a good meal and the mill did more than provide. I called them close to 8 to check for a table and they were able to get me seated. The space is elegant and the staff is very attentive. The cocktails were great as the bartender is skilled. They as matter of fact have a fairly well appointed bar where you can grab a drink as you wait to be seated . The drinks are not only good but cheap compared to the ambiance they offer you. We ate the carrot hummus and the apricot flat bread they were both very good. For the main we had the Asian bowl with shrimp, Caesar salad with salmon , the Kansas City strip steak and the pork special . Everything we ate was grand and next time I am in the area will certainly dine there again.

This place has a great easy comfortable atmosphere with excellent food FROM SCRATCH! The homemade Caesar dressing was delicious. We did not have reservations and they were holding a large private party upstairs, so we sat at the bar. Really friendly attentive bar staff. The hamburger we split was huge and delicious. Great beer on tap. A nice covered back patio perfect for summer months. A more quiet atmosphere downstairs also with a bar. This is a must!!!

The Mill is always a great spot when in Hershey. We got the brisket flatbread, burger, and a lasagna that was on special. Great food. The brisket flat bread was really well balanced and the horseradish sauce on top was phenomenal. The lasagna was meaty and the sauce was sweet. The burger was perfectly cooked and the fries were very high quality. Will definitely be back

3.5 stars. Everything about The Mill is just “OK.” We got the salmon, steak, and creme brulee. Our steak came undercooked, so they threw it back on the grill and thus, dried it out. I would say for the price, the food should to be a lot better.

This is such a cool place. 3 stories of dining and an outside covered dining area with a cozy fireplace and bar. I love the menu. Small plate options, brunch selections, and salads. Had brunch here today. The pumpkin ricotta donut holes were so soft and delicious. The breakfast sandwhich and home fries were so good. Highly recommend!!

The Mill in Hershey is one of our favorite restaurants! The atmosphere is unique, the staff and service are great and the food is out of this world! This was our first time trying the central Pa board and it was amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant is the perfect blend of boujie and casual. Very spacious with indoor and outdoor seating, it's a very beautiful place. I could see weddings, dinners and parties happening here. The drinks were yummy, the food was ok, which was disappointing. For example I had the sea bass and it was drowned in the sauce which was too sweet. The paella was too chewy but overall not a write off. It's still a cool spot to hang out with friends and enjoy some grub.

Excellent choice for supper! MAKE A RESERVATION, if not than you have to eat at the bar (which wasn't bad). The bar was very large and had plenty of space for our plates and drinks. The menu is limited in my opinion, but they are willing to amend a dish which was amazing. Service was great, LOVE the drink menu. All drinks had fresh ingredients, no additives to give the flavor (blueberry, rosemary, mint, etc.). Food came out fairly quick and was fresh. We ate downstairs and it was really neat seeing the structure of the old mill. Renovations to turn it into a restaurant were amazingly done. This was the perfect stop before going to a Hershey Bears game. The reason for 4 stars is because a little pricy and the limited menu - it would be difficult to bring a family or to meet up with friends.

Amazing. Great place for kids with plenty of touch friendly interesting exhibits. Model trains, famous buses, Florins's Diner, and the Tucker Cars showroom area were big hits with ours ages 4-12. Friendly docents with lots to talk about with you.
