The Mill coffeeshop is an iconic Lincoln establishment. They roast their own coffee beans that’s available for purchase along with retail coffee and tea accessories, mugs and tumblers, specialty candy, “Mill” stickers, pretty notebooks and other giftable things. The coffee drinks are good. They also have pastries and breakfast food items. Lots of table seating that extends across 2 buildings. It’s a great place to study, have a family coffee date, or catch up on work!
Great coffee spot! And lots more. The staff are thoughtful and attentive. The coffee beans are excellent and they’ll grind em up for you as requested. The brewed coffee is also delicious. AND they’re right around the corner from Goldenrod Bakery, which is a must visit.
Cute coffee spot right in town. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Great espresso I enjoyed my oat latte. Their was a big line, but I went on a weekend in the summer while there was a farmers market next store. Worth the wait. Great service and many fun gifts, coffee paraphernalia and stickers to browse.
Always amazing service, even when it’s busy. I love the espresso taste here, I’m usually pretty particular but it’s great here. I love the venue and it’s honestly hard to refrain from buying their cute little items :) I always get an almond milk latte, and it’s a similar price to all of the other coffee shops around. I love to buy local, and this place is great, so I get the chance to appreciate Lincoln’s local businesses! Highly recommend this for a place to chill, meet up with someone, or somewhere to get great products from.

Perhaps the counter person was having a bad day but the service was not excellent. It was just there. The coffee was good and it was a great place to work having a couple of separate rooms.
The atmosphere is great! I ordered a matcha which was watered-down. The matcha they carry is not flavorful and does not taste fresh. I asked after tasting if they could put more matcha in, very kind of them to listen to that request. Although it didn't make any difference. My friend got a hot chai and loved it, I took a sip of it, and thought it was tasty and well-balanced with sweet and spicy notes. The retail section is fun, and the menu is extensive. Not happy with my drink, but if I visit town again it may be worth trying a latte instead.
Don't forget to walk into the other rooms for a quieter atmosphere than the space near the entrance, but even that open-air feel is a fun spot for conversation. We always love the options for bags of coffee at home and I'll be back to expand my coffee equipment from their selection.
