My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights in the Mill Casino hotel and it was such an amazing stay. Our room was very nice and clean and we had a beautiful view of the bay. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the restaurants on the property . We ate breakfast at timbers cafe every morning, and loved the pizza we got for lunch. I also had an amazing steak dinner at ware house 101. This hotel was so perfect for day trips up the coast. We will definitely be staying here again.

Reserved a suite top floor for quiet. Even got a call back to let us know our card would be charged for full amount 3 days Arrived early my wife went to check us in as I’m 82 and walking is difficult. She was told I had to come in with ID even after she asked if accommodation could be provided. No was the response I was met by a surly person who told us someone was already that room. He Said they assign that roomon the day you arrive. ?????Also said he didn’t know who told us we would have that room. Sent us to the second floor version of the room we reserved. Room above had a family with young child who stomped loudly all over the room. Day and night No instructions or maps in the room. We moved the next morning for another hotel that welcomed us for a very nice two day stay. We just came from a two-night stay over Labor Day weekend and it was awesome married at first I thought it was a little pricey but it was so worth the money. The place is kept up really well, the rooms were spotless and all the staff was extremely helpful. Coffee is ready in the lobby super early and that is a big plus🤗🤗

This time we stayed in the RV Park. The facilities are excellent and I recommend the sites in the first row which have a great view of the Bay. The dog park and fenced areas are perfect for all sizes of dogs and bags and receptacles are free. We ate in the hotel most days. I recommend the morning pastries which are made in house and the pizzas come in 2 sizes and are terrific. Suzann, the Executive Director of Hospitality has done a fantastic job adding food options to the restaurants and updating Timbers Cafe. We hear there will also be an addition to the Plank House Restaurant and new menu options. There's always something new to look forward to--have a banana split, but get 2 spoons! The casino is very nice and clean. The service here was great. The rooms are nice. Walls are a bit thin, but the beds are comfortable. There are no inroom coffee makers, but there is free coffee in the lobby. There are lots of sitting areas outdoors with heaters. There are 2 jacuzzis and special hours for adults only.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We chose this spot as they were able to deliver a very nice cot for our 3rd child. Most places in the area only had double beds. There was a cafe you could buy any meal or a snack/coffee. We stayed in the tower and had a lovely view of the river. We did not go to the casino but just needed a place to stay for the night and this was very nice.

Stayed at the Mill for the first time. We've stayed at other Casinos and this was not an issue before. There is one chair (desk) in the room that sleeps 4. That means 3 could only have a bed to sit on. (Guess they want us gambling). I figured this was a mistake and asked the supervisor at the check-in desk. Her exact words to me, "what do you want me to do about it". Never heard of such terrible customer service. Then I asked if we could possibly get another chair. (We like playing cards and there was not even a table in there). Eventually she had a chair delivered to our room. (hard card table type chair) I wish I'd taken a picture of it, but it was so filthy I couldn't sit in it anyway. We won't be going back. The place was fine, but allowing "management" to talk to customers that way after spending $500 on two nights.

Best greeting I have ever received from the moment I walked in, to the bellman. Room is clean, updated and has an amazing view of Coo Bay from room. Dinner was very flavorable and nice wine menu from local wineries. Waitress Amanda, had us wait for over 10 min. to address me and guest. Forgot to bring dressing for salad, waited 5 min. Dinner was presented as soon as salad was served. Her timing and attitude was way off. Otherwise, fabulous selection of great tasting food, great, friendly hotel staff and nice gift shop offering local artists from Coquille tribe.
