Safe to say this is by far the best apartment I've stayed at. Staff is super friendly plus they do community events like making your own pizza. The whole complex is super clean and maintenance is super quick to fix any issues. Definitely will be renewing. (Good prices too!)

This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. Maintenance is super fast I love how my apartment came fully furnished and the amenities are truly breathtaking. The hallways are kept clean and I see them getting mopped often. It’s a short walk for me to get to campus and a lot of great restaurants are just across the street. I love staying here.

Brunella is so sweet and amazing to work with! My permanent jewelry company Forever Linked Gainesville came to the leasing office for an event and she was great with communication and the hospitality! We are forever thankful for the collab! The entire group of people were great! Thank you!!!

There is no way the reviews for this business are real. Let me tell you, as someone who lives at this location.. The staff are the worst kind of people. The building is made cheep and construction wasn't even finished until 4 months ago.. case and point about the fake reviews. This apartment is using scummy tactics in everything from their lease agreement to their google reviews. HORRIBLE PLACE. NO GUEST PARKING

Horrible staff, The lady behind the counter (Haley) loves to inform you of some kind of issue where they want more money. She is always Smug and smiling, in the worst kind of (Kyle's Mom) way. The construction quality is horrible. parking sucks. I recommend living anywhere but this apartment.

I’d like to start by saying, my mom and I toured two other apartments and the Metropolitan was by far the best. The whole staff , Brunella. Sam, Karla, Jacqui and Justine, were absolutely so kind and professional. They all answered all of our questions and concerns. Moving for the first time is a huge step for many people and I feel this place is a perfect fit for me. They made the process smooth and easy allowing me to already feel so comfortable. I can’t wait to move in and meet my new room mates. I know I’m going to love it here. Go Gators!!!

I was helping my grandson find student housing close to campus at the University of Florida, Gainesville for the 2023-2024 school year. The first place I found on line was the Metropolitan. The renderings were gorgeous and the 1 bedroom apartment which my grandson was interested in was lovely. The amenities are amazing, more like a resort but with ample common areas for study and socializing. I initially spoke to Jackie and she was so sweet and provided so much information and spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. I then called another new off campus housing development and was not impressed at all with the person I spoke to. I looked at some other places and they didn't compare and were more expensive. I told my son all about the experience and then we had a conference call with Justine, the manager for questions he had and she was fabulous as well. So informative and willing to work with us to get just the right fit for my grandson. My son was very impressed and my grandson filled out the application the same day and signed the lease the next morning. The best part was how lovely we were treated and how flexible and helpful the staff is. It definitely was not a high pressure sales experience.

I’ve talked with Jacqui and Brunella since April when I first signed my lease and they have been such a wonderful help!! I would receive a text back almost immediately and would always get a clear, kind response. They’ve helped me through the signing process, as well as the roommate finding process. Looking forward to moving in!!
