Great evening for our family. Our server, Trinity was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better service. I appreciated the vegan options and our kids loved the whole experience. Perfect meal, attentive staff. Thank you very much.
Me and my mom come here on our most special occasions and they constantly have the top tier service, food and drinks. It’s always quiet even when there’s a big party or children around. And the servers there are just the sweetest!! Stephy was our server last night and she wanted to know what we were celebrating. When I told her she got just as excited to help us celebrate as if she had known us forever! It’s always PERFECT for the big celebrations of life!!10 out of 10 would 1000% recommend.
We had New Year's dinner. Set dinner. A lot of food. Fondue is such great and innovative idea. Reminds me Korean bbq where everybody can do something and talk and enjoy. Decoration is brought from Mexico. Nice log interior indeed. A bit pricey, 80 usd plus drinks, tax, tips. Food is good compared to chain restaurants but not really culinary masterpiece. Next table had one troublemaker, which was bad luck for all of us. Manager kicked him out efficiently. Table is very close to sofa and you feel bit trapped and squeezed between sofa and table. Actually aeroplane following day had more space. Also cold wind from outside kept us chilly and forced to keep jacket on during the dinner. If I would live in the area, I would give this place another chance though.
So this is a tough one. Service was fabulous, staff was attentive, I give high marks for that. I would say your paying for the experience. Here's my take on possibly making your experience a little better. First know that you can choose only to do fondue ( just the cheese and/or chocolate. Which come with breads ans veggies, brownies and other sweet treats) i highly recommend if you aren't into cooking your own food. If you choose to do the dinner know you will be essentially boiling your meat so choose wisely. I would say select a protein that will boil nicely (filet and lobster are best with shorter cook times, leaving you with tastier portions) and opt out of trying new things. This is not the place for that. Also when selecting your entree, know what type of cooking style you'd like. I suggest reviewing the menu online beforehand. My biggest gripe i would say would be reservations. We made them for 6:30, arrived 20 minutes early and got seated after 7. Punctuality may not be the highest concern for this place so just be aware of a possible wait of more than 20 even with a reservation.
We had a PERFECT celebration at The Melting Pot for my birthday and Christmas. Our waitress, Crystal was awesome, fun and on top of her game! The ambiance was delightful, the service impeccable, and the fondue experience made it a memorable family gathering. Highly recommended for special occasions!
Very nice romantic experience on Thursday Date Night menu option. Our server was very good, in the beginning of the night, then he disappeared for well over 20 + minutes ( we were done eating waiting on the desert course)
The food was pretty good except for a few things. Our server brought us a plate of dirty veggies, she was young so maybe she didn't know to look for that. There were clumps of dirt on the very obviously unwashed mushrooms. My glass also had hot pink lipstick on it. I wasn't wearing lipstick. I didn't notice until I was about half way through because I was using a straw so, I was less disgusted. But still, shouldn't a $160 meal have washed produce and clean glasses? The staff was friendly enough, our food came out quickly. The cheese and chocolate fondue was delicious. The entree one wasn't great. I have decided that I just don't like boiled meat. That's not their fault. Overall it was mediocre but better than the last fondue place we had visited.
It was my first time here and we were here for my birthday. It was super fun and so nice. I even got a teddy bear 😊. I think it was a 10/10 experience. I am full beyond belief now though it was a hefty amount of food. Love it.
