The Melting Pot - Fondue restaurant in Colorado Springs - 30 E Pikes Peak Ave Suite A, USA

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here recently, and enjoyed a wonderful, luxurious dining experience that lasted nearly two hours! We went on their less expensive Thursdate Night, so upon arrival, were ushered to a cozy table for two scattered with red rose petals. The dimly-lit restaurant provided the perfect atmosphere, the service was impeccable (thank you, Jay!), and the food was amazing! My only critique is that the kitchen was really heavy-handed on the salad dressing, and the chicken was done in a strange combination of spices that didn’t appeal to me. Otherwise, this is definitely THE restaurant for a special night out!

Such a delicious adventure! The pricing is expensive, but for good reason. There is no way we were finishing all of that food (they will happily box whatever you can’t finish). My husband and I had some delicious drinks, good food, and a great experience to celebrate together! They even brought out an adorable plate decorated with the word “love” for our dessert. Such a magical experience, I love their round booths so I can sit comfortably next to my husband while we eat!

Hopping on here to give some major praise to Adam. Adam was attentive, informative, gave 10/10 recommendations, personable, and was a great conversationalist. He added a new level of enjoyment to our visit to The Melting Pot. It was our anniversary and while I am sure that all servers do this, Adam put a lot of effort into making us a beautiful plate with cake bites and a gorgeously written “Enjoy Colorado” message for our special day. We could not have asked for a better experience. To give some love to this Melting Pot location, we made our reservation a month in advance of our trip, they called 2 days before to confirm our reservation and offer us the option to upgrade. We were seated in a private room (which we didn’t expect) that was gorgeously decorated with rose petals, candles, and a rose bouquet (full disclosure, we paid for the rose petals and bouquet BUT it was even better than we expected). The atmosphere was wonderful as was the staff and the food. If we lived here, we would be going back regularly and asking for Adam!

I came here for a birthday celebration with my wife, unknowing of what to expect. When I booked online I added packages like the teddy bear, roses, touch of romance package and perfect night out package. When we arrived we were greeted and quickly seated in a secluded and very intimate area. I noticed kids in the waiting room and had a brief worry about noise only for that to subside when met with our seats. Quiet as a mouse the whole night. Our server was Adam, who I can say hands down was the best server I've ever had. I've been to restaurants from Gordon Ramsay and others to set the tone of waiting I'm accustomed to and Adam's service was phenomenal, very friendly and engaging. As for our drinks, I ordered the whisky flight and my wife ordered the peach cobbler drink. Both were very good! Then we ordered the big night out dinners for two, amazing food, the cheese and chocolate fondue are to die for. The meat is all very tender and our seasoning was very flavorful. Then we ended the night with complimentary champagne. Overall I had an amazing experience here, the atmosphere was great, service was impeccable and the dining experience was fun. Can't wait to come back !

Was taken here for birthday celebration. I had never been before. Choices, options and combinations abound! I highly recommend looking over the menu online beforehand to get an idea of things, if you're new to it like me. We did the a-la-carte option. There were four courses; one cheese fondue for the table to share (with its respective bread, veggie and fruit dippers according to number of people), salad for each person, main course meats and veggies for each person (all cooked in one selected method for the table), and one chocolate dessert fondue for the table to share (with its respective sweet dippers). Food was delicious, service was excellent. All that combined with extra birthday touches made it a super special, enjoyable, memorable evening. Will definitely want to go back for a date night with husband when he gets some home time from OTR job.

Our anniversary celebration at The Melting Pot was an all-around amazing experience! From the delightful private booth to the incredible food, every aspect of our evening was simply perfect. The fondue dishes were not only delicious but also a unique and interactive way to enjoy a meal together. Truly an unforgettable culinary adventure! Just be cautious as it is very expensive.

Excellent experience, as always! We were greeted warmly upon entry, and seated right on time for a 6pm reservation. Our server was Sarah, and she took excellent care of us! She was attentive and courteous. We mentioned a pine nut allergy, and it was handled extremely sweetly with the kitchen preemptively removing items that may have been crossed with the nuts. It was also a birthday celebration, and they gifted us a sweet message and champagne to celebrate! I will happily return again and again, for the delicious food and fantastic atmosphere.

Everything about our experience at the Melting Pot on Sunday December 10th was SPECTACULAR! The food was delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere was cozy and romantic. But our favorite part was our waitress, Brooke. She knew her stuff so well you couldn't tell she was newer to the staff. She even went above and beyond to make the night special for my best friend's birthday dinner! She was very sweet, and gave excellent recommendations. Go to the melting pot if you want an fantastic fondue experience!!
