The Mediterranean - Cocktail bar in Aptos - 265 Center Ave, USA

I really enjoyed my experience, from the host of lively guests on a Sunday morning, to the assortment of talent on the pool table, the rye was worth every penny. I also loved the service I got both times I came in, the bar is a very trustworthy and honest place. The food is actually from the Deli around the corner, Castelli's, and is really good with a family vibe and great sandwiches.

Wow what a poppin place! I had the pleasure of coming here 2 different times. Once with locals. The vibe was chill and full of life. The bar tender Joey was attentive and very sociable. The second time it was chaos with a wedding party and all the tourist… Clark the bar tender moved like Lightning… with Grace and a great attitude. I was fortunate enough to get to chat with the locals and even the bar owner. What a great place I would suggest to anybody it made me feel safe to be able to have a beverage and relax!!! I will definitely return.

Great people, great bartenders. The place has really been updated. Lots of t.v's. Great sports shows. Jukebox, pool table, nice conversations. Clean! You will enjoy your visit. Walking distance to the beach.

Fun atmosphere and friendly people. The jukebox has a large number of songs that are blocked for no apparent reason. Other than that, it is a great bar to hang out at.

Solid place, clean and fun...but please take the child lock or governor off the jukebox. Soo many artists (mostly non white) are not available

The Med is a true dive bar; a great place to have a casual drink but don't expect much. The drinks are cheap and poured strong. There's a wildly varied crowd. Sometimes the crowd is a little too rough but I do think it's calmed down over the years. The crowd seems younger, lately but maybe it's just that I'm getting older. I gave it three stars because it's a dive but I do meet friends here for a drink, every time I'm in town and I would recommend you do the same!
