We really wanted to love this place. Our issues started immediately after we applied to the apartment. Claudia was completely useless, called us two days before moving ACROSS COUNTRY to tell us they weren’t able to kick out the prior renters and our apartment wasn’t ready. Essentially making us homeless, we had to argue with her to “allow” us to move in after 5pm on the day our lease started. Somehow us not having a place to live in a new state with our child was an inconvenience to her. Unfortunately due to her telling us we had no apartment ready we had to push out the date of all of our items being delivered and paid out of pocket at an air b&b for two days; we never asked the meadows for a penny.Then we moved in. Cockroaches everywhere, literally crawling in the lights inside the stove, on the walls and in the freezer. The maintenance staff is great and does the best they can even though management is failing. Don’t bother emailing or calling the front office- they won’t call you back unless they need something from you. Still waiting on a response from the voicemail we left three weeks ago. Oh and let’s not forget about the constant smoking -done right at the pool as the office staff watches and walks by and says nothing; better believe you’ll get 20 mass produced emails asking people to stop though. Having visitors? Don’t expect parking for them. Emails were sent out saying cars would be towed, we watched the same truck stay unmoved in a visitor spot outside of the main clubhouse for over a month and it was never towed. Pool hours are u til dusk but there are loud parties constantly which leave the area around the pool littered with trash, chicken bones and cigarettes. We have had to prove emails were sent for not renewing the lease and were only believed once we forwarded the original email to them. Save yourself the trouble, rent a house in the area for $500 less. Don’t bother responding to this review Jodi- you already ignored my concerns last week when we emailed you about the renters I insurance we have which you were provided and still tried to invoice us for your forced insurance.

The best place I’ve lived! The staff in the leasing office truly is like family. They handle everything with such professionalism and they are always on top of everything. They truly care about their residents and they always are there. Maintenance is very fast and helpful as well. I love walking around the complex because it is so well kept and clean. Would highly recommend calling this place home and so thankful that I get to.

I am a visitor and the staff was extremely helpful, professional and very polite. I felt like family the moment I walked in. The property is very clean and fresh in aroma. I would definitely live here. One of the best!!!

My partner and I recently moved here and what an experience it has been! When we moved into the apartment from our window we saw other neighbors with their kids they all looked like they were having fun, and thats a really good sign that the community is happy and pleased about this complex. And what a complex it is! Theres a lot of amenities in the property that we really like, for example theres this office space next to the leasing office where you can go and work and the have a printer you can use which is really useful for us in our current situation. They also have a 24 hour gym and many other places have gyms but have closing hours which sucks if you work in that time. Our leasing assistant Andreina was really nice and supper helpful. When we came for a tour she had a lot of good and important information we needed to know prior to applying and moving. Also, we had a move in date that we thought was good because of some family that where coming from out of state to help us, but a situation made it difficult and we needed to move in sooner so we emailed her and she gave us a lot of options we could work with that really helped our situation. Another thing is that we asked a lot of questions in the application and move-in process and she always answered in a couple of minutes. Another amazing thing here is the maintenance. We had some issues with a drain and some electrical problems so we submitted an application, then the next day the maintenance man (who i forgot the name sorry!) was super nice and very quick and clean. I know electrical and plumbing enough to know that he has experience. We still need to get properly settled in so I will update this review later. But for now it has been a wonderful experience.

First night behind in my new home. LOVE it! Moving to third floor without elevator was quite an excercise 🥵😉 but it was all worth it! It was so nice that apartment is clean and ready to move in immediately. I’m gonna enjoy so much living here, for sure. Andreina is an angel 🤗 She is so nice and friendly and kept me well informed about all things before and during moving in. So happy to have her working here!

Such a nice & peaceful community , it’s been complete one year here with my family . Our first community in Florida . Staff is very professional and helpful in every manner . Support service staff is awesome . Always helpful & on time . I have no idea why people rated low , In my opinion it’s truly 5 star rated community. Thank You guys to be so awesome. Keep doing great work with great care & professionalism.

I wish I could be giving this apartment a better review than I am. I was a prospective resident. I'm moving to the area from out of state, and I expected more attention to someone in that position. At first, I had a very positive experience. Jodi was very helpful when helping us schedule a tour and getting us an amazing quote for an apartment. It went downhill from there though. I scheduled a virtual tour via Zoom, but they didn't send me a link until a half hour after my tour was scheduled for. It was incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone when I tried to see if I would be able to still able to take the tour. When I finally got to take my tour, it wasn't a great tour at all. I was "shown" each room, the only words coming from my tour guide being the name of each room. "Kitchen" "Bedroom" "Bathroom". I really wish I could have gotten at least a little more engagement and detail, especially because I wasn't in the area to actually take a physical tour of the apartment. Nevertheless, we decided to apply because of the quote we received. While they were quick to get me a quote, the second I tried to apply the apartment was no longer available. None of the parameters I wanted were available. The apartment was gone, I couldn't do the length of lease that I wanted, and my quoted price was no longer valid. Might I add, I applied the same day... MERE HOURS after I received a quote. I tried to contact the leasing office to see if my quote could still be honored as the price was very fair, especially for the area. I kept getting sent to voicemail except for one instance. I was told that they would get back to me and call me back within the hour. When I didn't receive a call, I called back only to be sent to voicemail. I didn't receive any sort of communication until 48 hours after my quote was issued... when it expired. I'm incredibly disappointed by the service I received by the leasing staff at The Meadows at ChampionsGate. If you are looking to move (especially from out of state), don't look here. You'll never get anywhere.

This apartment complex has a high quality costumer service. I received the best treatment I’ve ever experienced when looking for apartments. The managers and the maintenance staff are wonderful workers and great people. The property feels safe and clean. I recommend everybody that’s looking for apartments in Davenport to stop by The meadows at champions gate!
