What a great place. We had no reservations and there were four of us. We had immediate seating right at 5 PM on a Saturday. We had drinks and appetizers and I'm shocked how quickly everything was served. Very friendly and the food was very good. It was also very comfortable and the alcohol drinks were nicely strong and flavored well. Can strongly recommend and will visit again when back in town.
Great home cooked meal!!!! I’ve been in ptown for 2 months and tried most of the restaurants and this was by far the best meal I’ve had here. I got the Portuguese kale soup and it was good, the meatballs are made in house and very delicious. The onions rings are not frozen from Sysco they’re made fresh and I also had the Portuguese por o and clam stew special made me go take a nap
Thumbs up for food, service, and atmosphere. We were seated immediately on a holiday weekend for dinner, and the food came out within 15 minutes. I ordered the baked stuffed scrod; yum!
We came here for lunch and if you really like comfort foods this is your place. Good service and freshly prepared entrees. Huge menu of various cuisines. I kind of see it as a restaurant of many different immigrants food. If you’re in town give them a try. I’ve only been here once and like many places some people have favorites, mine would be the fried clam strips. Bathrooms were super clean and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices too. We will definitely be back. UrbanCowgill August 2022
Very friendly staff even at the end of a long tourist season. Lots of menu options for everyone. I had very good stuffed pork chops.
This was my first time at The Mayflower & it was amazing!🤤I have to thank our waiter, Mathias, for recommending the Portuguese kale soup. I’d never had it before. Let’s just say I ordered another bowl for the road! I had the fried scallops and my friend had the steamed clams. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!! I will apologize for my pic. I was super hungry and took the pic halfway thru the meal
Good food and great staff. Good people watching from the booths at the front.
This was our first time there. Our server was very nice and very attentive to us. The food was really great. We all had something different and we all loved our meals. We will definitely go there next year when we go back.

I would recommend this restaurant. The service was very good. I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Martin was his name and he was phenomenal. He just had this friendly demeanor about hi
Lovely B&B in a great location. Somehow manages to avoid the stuffy feel of many B&Bs while maintaining the coziness. Worth staying off season just for the fireplace! And you canât complain about breakfast being dropped at your door every morning.
Loved our recent stay at the Prince Albert! Location is perfect, close enough to everything but also far enough away that it quiets down at night. The parking option is GREAT so just do it. Front patios are perfect for morning coffee, happy hour, peo
Super fun adventure. Make sure to bring water and wear sunscreen! This is not an easy hike and the trail is not marked in anyway. You have to go up and down several steep dunes. You can easily get lost in the dunes and the trees. I would definitely c
Absolutely breathtaking! 1st of all, it's the sea shell collector's galore! Water is so gorgeous and clear and so turquoise! Waves are non-existent! I had a wonderful time just walking along the shore, chasing the headlight- wood end light, i believe
Fantastic. Halloween weekend so very crowded. We managed to have a table for 2.... Debbie our waitress was super kind and attentive ð Lobster pasta was huge and really yummy.
Besides a wonderful walk in an old growth forest (it was added to the Old-Growth Forest Network on October 6, 2023) around ponds with all sorts of wildlife, you never know what else you will encounter. Today it was fox and a hawk evidently hunting fo
My son and I tried to go to a restaurant (Terrazzo) next door but they were at capacity so the host suggested we try their sister restaurant Helltown Kitchen and we are so glad we did. The outside seating area is beautiful. The food is delicious. I h
All the reviews seem to be 5 stars, so I will add my review to the long list of good ones! I only stayed one night, but I felt so comfortable, happy, and at peace while there. Rooms are bright and clean, bathroom was pristine and straight out of a de
The Province Lands Visitor Center is an amazing place ! If you are up this way, stop and visit Cape Cod National Seashore, you will not be disappointed. The passport cancelation stamp is on the left as you walk through the front door. Have many dis
