Don’t look anywhere else!! The Maybourne is the best hotel in Beverly Hills. The staff are all amazing and made our trip truly memorable. Fox on concierge is the best in the business and made sure our overall experience in LA was truly memorable. I cannot give this hotel higher praise and would give it a 11/10 if I could. If you’re looking for the best hotel experience in LA then book in to the Maybourne Hotel.

On Sunday April 28, 2024 my husband and our cousins attended the Afternoon Tea at the Terrace Restaurant. We arrived early and were told to wait until 2pm to be seated for the tea. At the time of our reservation, I requested seating with a view of the garden. Instead, we were seated facing a wall. There wasn't really a garden, but there was a patio with outdoor grass which we couldn't see. Upon being seated, there was a band playing music, but they stopped playing as soon as we were|seated. The afternoon tea was touted as a traditional English tea, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The table was small and when the 3-tiered sandwiches/scones/desert trays were brought out, they towered over the entire table, preventing us from seeing each other and visiting. We couldn't enjoy the|conversation. We were told the afternoon was exclusively for tea. However, the waiter took orders from other parties that were not associated with the tea. As an example, one table had chicken wings. That was an additional disappointment. The service was terrible. Our waiter, David, did not give any attention to us. When my cousin requested another tea, he did not ask any of us if we wanted any more tea. Actually, he never returned to the table to ask how we were doing and if he could get anything else for us. We had to ask Kevin (who by the way, was very attentive and pleasant and apologized for the small table) to help us. But Kevin said he would get David. When we received the bill, it was in a paper envelope not representative of a Beverly Hills exclusive hotel. We've been to other afternoon teas that were quite lovely. We did contact the management, asking for a full refund, but they never replied. They did, however, offer a gift certificate, but did not tell us in what amount or where we could use it. There was a consistent lack of reply from three levels of management at the hotel, so we're assuming this is part of their organizational culture.

Location is good but rooms could be better. We couldn’t use balcony since no privacy, facing road with noise, faucets in tub leaking and towels and amenities not replaced the second day. With that price point we expected more.

The Maybourne is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are modern and spacious. Great restaurants and bars in the hotel. Walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping stores, and Rodeo Drive. The spa and gym are excellent, with state-of-the-art gym equipment. The pool is relaxing and private.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Quiet location with lots to do within a short walk. Great service. Room was spacious and clean. Afternoon/evenings at the rooftop pool were great. Poolside food is available from Dante.

I've never stayed anywhere in Los Angeles--in 40 years--close to this category: impeccable, stylish, with very gracious service, and a gorgeous outdoors green plaza in which to sit--as well as tremendous health club, spa and top-floor restaurant. This really sets the standard for Beverly Hills luxury and care.

Amazing hotel, service and location ! Everything about it was just sensational. Rooftop pool was very nice — given the nice weather in LA too.

Beautiful hotel I usually go outside to enjoy a nice brunch or late lunch as they say...... great place for people watching Big Courtyard between the two properties or many people are walking around with their dogs or with their families it's a great place to just relax while dining al fresco.
