The Mariner Suites Hollywood - Hotel in Hollywood - 702 N Surf Rd, USA

Le pire séjour de notre vie. Nous avions réservé pour 5 et il n'y a avait que 4 serviettes, 4 draps, 4 assiettes ...etc. la climatisation n'a pas fonctionné pendant 3 jours sur la semaine. Vu la chaleur qu'il fait en août en Floride c'était intenable. L'hôte nous a dit être intervenu pour que ça fonctionne mais en rentrant ça ne fonctionnait pas plus. Nous n'avons peesque pas dormi pendant 3 nuits! Sans parler du système de parking qui est mal pensé, notre voiture a fini à la fourrière grave à de gentilles voisines de la même résidence !!!!

-Stayed in room 46, nice room, spacious and clean, had a view to the beach since its the corner unit- that was a plus!! Pool was clean, staff was great- always greeting you and attentive of anything you needed. the manager was very polite and helpful, responded to my text messages immediately. restaurants and bars are near by. 3 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mariner for such a great stay!!

Over all not that bad. The maintenance workers were very helpful and kind. We asked them to store our luggage until our room was ready, then again before we left for the airport. They even gave us beach chairs to use 😀 (they only know Spanish)|| The beds were comfortable but the pillows sucked. Bathroom could have used a place to put your cosmetic bag, and some hooks for the towels. No place to put your luggage except on the floor. We had a great view from our balcony. It was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Many cool|Places to visit on the broadwalk. Some of the amenities could be updated. Like the broken table and chairs..um just throw those away! Very well lit at night, except for the gate keypad. Other than that we would return!

This has been an amazing experience for my boyfriend and I. Hidden gem. We were about 10 steps from the beach, prime location near everything, and we stayed 7 nights for less than $700. We had a stovetop, a comfortable bed, and everything else basic for your stay. Air conditioner is top notch, and the room is always cool. The pool is well kept, and nice. Rooms were clean as could be. The WI-FI is questionable, but we didn’t mind as we weren’t in the room too often. If you are booking based on location, and a cheap stay, this is your place! The staff was amazing as we met multiple people and they accommodated us in anyway they could. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!! ❤️

Over all not too bad. Some amenities could be updated such as somewhere in the bathroom to put your make up bag, and maybe some hooks for your towels. There is nowhere to place your luggage except for on the floor. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows suck. The view from our balcony was nice. The big bonus is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very well lit except for the gate keypad.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mariner. Very clean, had an ocean view from our balcony and the pool was very nice. Beds were comfortable too. The location is perfect too. Not on the beach, but not even a minute walk to the beach/Broadwalk. Lots of choices in food nearby as well. The housekeepers were nice and helpful, but don’t speak English. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is some simple amenities and some of the furniture by the pool needs replaced and thrown out cause they’re broke. Lol Simple suggestions to make the place a 5 star: get better pillows(they were flat and bad) add another shelf, table, for people to lay suitcases. Only one table for “dining” and had to lay suitcases on the floor. More places to hang towels. Only one towel rack. Again just some simple suggestions. We would definitely stay here again in the future

We stayed in room 24. Simple room which was ok. Things that were bad. You pay for host fee, they are useless. Contacted 3 times for clean towels, no response. No smoke detector in room. Blanket was not fresh. Build up of dirt along floor boards. Same towels for 5 days😳. Never again.

AC was broke on arrival, was repaired next day. The manager, pleasant but was rarely onsite. Had to communicate via phone, office always locked. The laundry coin option was broke. Our assigned parking space was taken by unregistered car, waited over an hour for it to be towed so we could park as there were no other open spaces. Green mold and stains below AC unit, reported, never addressed, multiple requests to get fresh towels, was there 5 days and only got two wash clothes in spite of several requests for clean ones. The area seems to be rapidly declining in general and per tow truck driver. After coming to this area multiple times over past years WILL NOT be returning.
