I think this place paid so much attention to looks of the place rather than functionalities. Colored rooms are pretty, but the water was just warm but not hot for shower. A lot of small steps which are very likely to miss and tip over. Non of the doors open easily and you have to push them hard. The price is very low though so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars.
Very nice place, very clean, and a friendly staff just way too many rules and the owner is always watching the cameras (and there are a lot of cameras) almost makes you feel like a kid living with your parents again, only thing your every move is caught on camera I don't think parents are that strict and absolutely NO VISITORS ALLOWED if they see a visitor they are immediately told, not asked but told to leave. Very secure though better keep your key on you or you'll be locked outside until someone lets you in and there seems to never be anyone that "works" there present but you're definitely being watched
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed in the Yellow Room. King size bed. Kitchen area with microwave, fridge, dishes and table with chair. Large Bathroom. Big screen tv. A/C is cold works well. Large common living room and kitchen. Swimming pool that was having some work done on it. There is remodeling in progress. Coffee is available. We brought our own fruit and snacks. The neighborhood lookes like working class. We are very comfortable here. Alligator farm and airboat rides nearby. Biscayne bay 20 mins away. "Robert is here" fruit stand a couple miles away. Get beyond outer appearance and relax.

We came for breakfast and really enjoyed everything that we ordered (coffee, eggs, sausages, home fries, French toast, omelette, and steak+eggs).
They have so many seafood options and Iâd love to come back and try their lunch and dinner offerings.
