Had our wedding here in early October. Obviously the venue is gorgeous, but less obvious from photos is how delightful the staff is. Rachel handled everything spectacularly. Needs and wants were met before we could think them. My husband leaned against something - she was there with a towel and water to clean his suit. I had a shiver, she was there with a fuzzy blanket to keep warm. Chef Rick's food was perfection. The day goes by so fast, the staff let you focus on the moments and take care of everything else.
Went to a wedding here and it was beautiful. Grounds were well kept and perfect for a wedding. And the staff was absolutely incredible. They were attentive, friendly, and made great drinks! Food was phenomenal too. This place went above and beyond, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Thank you!
Had our wedding here a few weeks ago and I cannot speak highly enough of not only the grounds but the absolutely amazing staff. They made everything so easy and smooth for us from the very beginning when we were inquiring all the way to the day of, which translated into a magical stress-free wedding day. Still dreaming of the food Chef Rick prepared. He took our food vision and nailed it. Our guests gushed about the food and drinks the next when we saw them. And Rachel, I cannot say enough nice things about. It was like she could anticipate our needs before we even knew them ourselves.
A beautiful wedding experience!
Although a very rainy day, we enjoyed a great time with family and friends. I definitely recommend this as a go to wedding venue. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. You will not be disappointed...even if it rains!
Attended an amazing wedding here over Memorial Day weekend. The staff was WONDERFUL and so accommodating. We were thrilled with the food, decor, space, gardens, etc. My only feedback is that the guest restrooms don’t match the space - they’re kind of dingy and the blinds don’t offer 100% privacy from the outside. Otherwise it was excellent and I’d recommend the venue to anyone! Also the Sunday Memorial Day bartender was outstanding and so nice.
The historic property has been tastefully restored with five guest rooms and a theater in the old barn dining was under a large tent - close to 80 guests at tables of of 2 to 6. The menu was eclectic, with short ribs, vegetable curry, mango salsa mahi mahi, chicken marsala and a portabella mushroom capese. Short ribs and mahi were a little under seasoned. Interesting cocktails and a wine list well stocked with rosés and reds.
The performance was excellent - a creative interpretation of Linda Ronstadts song book. Would go see them again.
We just had our sons wedding at The Mansion. We couldn’t have been happier. Rachel the wedding coordinator was awesome. She was there to oversee all the details and had a calming and patient personality to work with. The food was delicious and abundant during the cocktail hour, dinner was cooked perfectly and the dancing in the barn was festive and pretty. Great venue!!!
The ambiance of this beautiful building made the wedding event we attend a very classy and memorable experience.
