The Luke is the best apartment I've ever lived in, and it's the first place that truly feels like home. We've been residents here for a year and have enjoyed every moment. Jolleen has been exceptionally friendly and professional since the very first day we met. The leasing office and maintenance team respond promptly, and most issues are usually resolved within a day. The gym is fantastic, offering a spacious area with a wide variety of equipment. Living here is also very convenient as you can easily walk to the Redmond Transit Center, Trader Joe's, and QFC. The community hosts 2-4 events per month, sometimes providing free meals. What's most important to me is it’s super quiet in our unit – I can hardly hear any traffic noises, which is amazing. We have no desire to leave but unfortunately we had to relocate. If we have the opportunity to return to this area, I would definitely choose to live here again! A special shout-out to Laurie, Jolleen, and the entire Luke staff – you all are the best! My husband and I really had a great time living here. Thank you!

Our experience touring The Luke apartments was THE BEST!! Our guide, Jolleen, was the kindest lady who was eager to answer all our questions and super knowledgeable about everything. It felt like a family vibe where everyone was having fun and knew one another. We will be signing soon and highly recommended all to do as well!

The staff: Jolleen, Avery, Laurie and Dave, at Luke is just awesome. I am a current resident at Luke, and can very strongly advocate for how welcoming, supportive and kind they are. They go out of their way to keep Luke an awesome place to stay at, and are very forthcoming with any help.

Was here as a guest of a resident -- lovely social house where we could work on projects together. I am a wheelchair user, and was very grateful that the ADA elevator was RIGHT next to the stairs up to the main portion of the building, instead of being hidden away. The bathroom in the social house -- if possible, I'd see about making the doorway to it easier to access for a wheelchair user. Otherwise, things were supported and easy to use.

I just had the best move-in experience at The Luke Apartments! The assistant community manager Avery was very nice and helpful, and the whole team was very supportive as well! I really appreciated the amenities (Fitness Center etc.) and the cleanliness of the building!

My partner and I have lived at The Luke for almost 9 years and we have been constantly blown away by how wonderful the leasing and maintenance teams are! Laurie and Jolleen have been there the whole time and have just been amazing treasures! Dave has been the most amazing and consistent maintenance person ever! I have loved being able to call The Luke home for so long and if anyone ever gets the chance, I think you'll love it too!

Don’t really get the high rating. Cheaper than others in the area but it feels that way too with the smaller fridges, old feeling interior and cheaper washer and dryer/sink and carpet. Very dark. Also tried to reach the office many times and they’ve always been out of office and unresponsive. Walked by and seen the leasing agent smoking multiple times directly outside the doors… is that even allowed? Seems unprofessional and on top of no guest parking I’d go somewhere else.

My husband and I have lived at The Luke apartments for 5 years now. The staff and maintenance team are friendly, attentive and quick to respond. Almost every week there is a community event hosted by The Luke so residents have an opportunity to get to know one another. The amnenities are great including a gym, social lounge, BBQ grill, a game room w/ pool table, a couple of arcade machines. The bike storage room and pet washing room are always kept clean. We really like it here.
