Was nearby and stopped in. This place had a fun vibe and felt like a family run business. Our waitress was quick and friendly. The menu had a ton of authentic Cajun items. I wanted to try them all. I had the jambalaya with chicken and sausages. Good size portions and very tasty. Pretty close to the real deal (I have been to New Orleans). We had a couple of Beignets they were hot, fresh and authentic. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed.I am going back
Best restaurant! When you are thinking New Orleans in North Carolina? It won't be the same. You are wrong! When you first walk in the door its like being transported to Bourbon St. Our waitress was Michelle. I always like to ask what's good and she raved about everything. I loved that they bring a sample platter of the gumbo/classics to try. We ordered three appetizer (boudin balls, fried pickles, fried gator). Boudin balls for the win! Both pastas were ordered and a small and large shrimp and grits. Then the Beignets, *chef kiss*. All for a great price. I can only imagine how this place incorporates fat Tuesday or jazz or even game day for the Saints. I'm not in state but would make this a part of my trip if I traveled back to NC.
Our server was outstanding! Very friendly. Love the idea of bringing out samples of Gumbo to try. Disappointed in the amount of rice added to the bowl of Gumbo I received. Overall though the Gumbo was the best part of the meal. Ordered a plate of fish and shrimp as well. The fish had a great breading but was as bland as a white piece of loaf bread. Everything just seemed a little bland.
Took my mother here for mother's day. Very nice place. Friendly staff. Food is good. The red beans and rice did not have any flavor but after I doctored it up it was good. The prices are good for a seafood menu. I would like to see claim chowder get added to the menu. Gator bites are well flavored and good.
This is my lil hideaway spot! I come every year for my birthday ever since they opened, like a treat to myself! If I am in the mood for some of that down-south vibe, no matter what part of Charlotte I'm in, I'm headed this way! My favorite thing to get is fried gator, BEST in the whole city I promise you! Best service all of the time, can't get any better than this place. Love y'all 💌
First experience here and the first thing they definitely have is great customer service. We were offered a sampling plate of their gumbos and soups since we had never ate here before. That was neat to have! The food was good but not as filling as we hoped. Overall, we enjoyed the experience.
Never heard of this place before. Figured I would give a try. Very glad I did. Place was clean and has a cute interior look with lots of New Orleans themed things. Food was fresh and delicious. Drinks were amazing! You also get a little sampler of the different gumbo's and stuff they have when you arrive. Our waitress Rachel was amazing!! Very knowledgeable with menu, answered any questions we had, also super upbeat and friendly. And the Beignets........Just get one if you go....They are amazing! They are great the next day as well. Will definitely be visiting again.
My husband and I stopped in for lunch yesterday because we were in the area. It was our first time visiting and we were very impressed. Our server was Brad, who was outstanding (although he let us know he was filling in from Raleigh). Because he hadn't been before, we were given samples of some of their most popular dishes. (The Lobster Bisque is amazing!) I ended up getting the Chicken and Sausage and my husband got the Cajun Chicken Alfredo. Both were so good. They had King Cake on the menu for dessert when we were in, so we decided to try a piece. It definitely hit the spot for satisfying our sweet tooth. We'll definitely be back...there are too many other items we want to try for us not to return! I'm sure they'll all be as great as what we've already had.

I've been coming here for almost a year now and this place is wonderful. Classes are right around minutes, and they can fit any fitness level. The workouts are constantly varied, so you never get bored, and they hit all aspects of the body througho
HSF is a great workout with a variety of different activities. The instructor is very knowledgeable and he makes sure you understand how to correctly perform each exercise.
Staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. Comes out hot and quick. Be careful with the salsa it is amazing, but has a kick that you may not be ready for. They do give you a very mild salsa that I usually mix with the spicy one.
Lovely trails everywhere. It never gets old because it's so big and well-maintained. I wish the people who visited were more respectful and take out the trash they bring in (including discarded fishing equipment as it is a hazard to our kids and dogs
I've always been intimidated by gyms. I always felt like people were looking at me being awkward, even though they probably weren't. When I arrived at Anytime Fitness, I was even nervous that people would stare at me because I was in jeans and a hood
I have been doing RockBox for over 6 years. I am in my 60's and in much better shape than I was decades earlier. RockBox fitness experts will push you to get more cardio fit than you have ever been. Yet they will take time to work with you Indi
Found a hike group through Meet up and happy to participate in the hikes. I have been to Latta before but never hiked it. They have quite a few trails , from fairly easy , to more challenging ones for the experience hiker. Another nice feature they h

This place is awesome. They have all sorts of games, manga, and accessories, and they even have a section for old gaming cabinets! Honestly wish I had some quarters on me so that I could play. Their collection is very comprehensive and they have stuf
