Lord's has been my gym since I won my second bodybuilding show up in Redding, it's open 24 hrs with key code and it's plenty big enough for everybody to enjoy. The staff is super friendly and accommodating 💪🏼
Happy to find this place. I bring my daughter and buying the basic for $40, but I will change to the 2 years for $25/month membership next month. The staff is patient, helpful and friendly. Plenty of the machine for working out. Clean and not crowded at around afternoon. Highly recommended!

Small crowded gym with old machines. During peak hours there are lots of high schoolers slamming weights. One bathroom with stall and urinal. No lockers, no showers. Urine all over the ground every time I go in the stall. Front desk staff was the only good thing, nice people. But not a good gym for 40 dollars a month.
I was looking for a place to replace a gym that went out of business during COVID. I’m very happy to have found this place. It’s clean, great selection of weights and machines, employees are helpful and friendly. Most people set a good pace on the weights and this is not a meat market where people gather and chat around machines. Price is great, open 24-hours, and they have a nice discount for veterans. Look no further for your next gym!

I can't say enough good things about this gym. Not only is the establishment itself amazing but the staff is fantastic. Everyone who works there are mostly volunteers and they are all super friendly and caring about each individual who goes there. I can tell they want to be there. My favorite highlight about The Lord's Gym in Oroville is the childcare they offer. The staff that run it are really compassionate and I felt that my kids as well as all of the other kids were really cared for. The childcare facility is super interactive, with an indoor jungle gym and slide that my kiddos enjoyed. I love that while I'm getting my workout in, so are my kids. They really didn't want to leave when I went to pick them up. Not only is the staff and childcare great, but the equipment is up to date and the whole facility is always super clean. They are open 24 hours, too. Not to mention the price cannot be beat! Another thing I personally love are the inspiring scripts/quotes on the walls. I'm not a very religious person, but it really kept me going. It's all apart of their amazing mission. If you are looking for a gym in the area, I highly recommend The Lord's Gym in Oroville!!
