The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and super attentive to my travel needs. They helped me make the most of my one day in Florida. They will go out of their way to help you get the best experience possible during your stay. The rooms are amazingly priced and the tenants in the building show it. Great spot. Great accommodation. Great price. And most importantly they are great. Thanks to Gina and Tina !! Definitely coming back
Nous avons réservé cet hotel car il était proche de l'aéroport (notre vol arrivait après minuit), proche de l'autoroute et à une grosse dizaine de minutes des parcs disney. Le personnel est très sympathique; L'hotel est très propre, les lits comme toujours sont très confortables. Les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de rajeunissement mais compte tenu du tarif dont nous avions beneficié cela n'était pas un problème. L'hotel est très calme, le petit déjeuner copieux... Beaucoup de touristes venus pour les parcs d'attraction donc nous avions la plupart du temps la piscine pour nous. Quoi de mieux que commencer sa journée sur un transat!
The front desk staff was wonderful - able to offer suggestions on where to eat. Hotel and lobby were all very clean and tidy. Room was comfortable with the exception of the air conditioner being broken. I did not notify anyone of the problem so can't say if/how it would have been remedied. I arrived around 6 pm went to grab food and was back by 7 pm when I set the temp, I assumed it would just take some time to cool down - so I said nothing - realized the temp was not changing late - after I was in bed for the night - leaving in the morning. So other than a broken AC which I am sure they could have fixed, it was a nice place to stay. I did not take away any rating points because I chose not to address the issue. ||||This hotel is next to a dunkin' donut and did not say anything about a free breakfast and I didn't inquire. Across the street was a Wawa and there were several food venues within a few minutes drive - the area appeared to be fairly safe (it didn't look shady) and it was quiet.
The experience was not a great stay. The room had an odor to it. The hallways were very hot. Their was very loud music playing outside at 3 in the morning. To top it off the fire alarm went off in the hotel. I was unsure what the noise was because the alarm in the room did not go off. Only about 6 occupants including my family went outside when the alarm went off. The fire department came and gave the all clear so we went back to our room. The fire alarm went off 3 more times after that. We checked out early to due to the fire alarm going off
The place just transitioned from being a hotel to a extended stay-type hotel. The rooms were still in hotel quality shape. I ended up staying for a month and half. Overall, its ok. Rooms could be cleaner but its acceptable. Customer service isnt the best, sometimes i felt as if i was staying in a homeless shelter. WiFi works on and off. If you just need a place to sleep, don’t need wifi, and are on a budget, may be this is alright. Otherwise, pay little bit extra and get a better place.
The website clearly stated pet friendly with pet sitting/walking service. Upon check-in I was told no pets at all welcome, even though my reservation clearly stated pet friendly like the website. No manager on site, had to wait to contact one with family and pet in car after driving over 3 hours. The bathroom was filthy, corroding pipes, peeling wallpaper and ceiling. Carpeting throughout was filthy. No breakfast was served, though advertised it was, not even an accommodation for new COVID guidelines. Advertised high speed wifi - it barely worked in the lobby, didn't work at all. wouldn't even connect, in the room on 3 different devices. This caused me to have to go else where to download and upload for work. Incredibly disappointed in this location. It was only one night, or I would never have stayed. Outside at night there was no lighting by the back doors out to the parking lot - very unsafe.

L hotel est situé sur une grande avenue Orange Blossom Trial. Ce n est pas trop bruyant mais perdu au milieu de nulle part. Il y a un Mall a 5 mns en voiture mais c est tout. Pour les parcs d attraction c est 20 mns de voiture donc vous avez des hôtels plus proches au même prix si vous souhaitez visiter les parcs. L hotel en lui même est propre, les chambres de bonne dimension mais une odeur persistante d humidité n encourage pas a y aller. La piscine n était pas très bien entretenue a notre passage. Le petit déjeuner offert est très bien. Pour résumer, si votre souhait est de visiter les parcs, aller plutôt dormir sur International Drive.
