The Lodge at Flat Rock - Hotel in Flat Rock - 42 McMurray Rd, USA

This hotel is perfect! 1. Our room was spotless. 2. Very thoughtfully prepared: •small snacks •water bottles •hair dyer •cooking pans, real dishes 3. Staff was GREAT!!! • Selma, Scott and Sonia They were warm and welcoming, so friendly! 4. Beautiful atmosphere and grounds. The waterfall was frozen and so pretty. 5. Heated, enclosed pool!!!

We booked two King Suite rooms and the overall experience at the Lodge was superb. All of the staff were professional, courteous and friendly. We initially spoke with Scott when we booked and asked for a scenic view. He delivered extremely well, a fantastic view of the waterfall in the back patio/yard area. Kristy checked us in and she was great. We enjoyed our conversations over the 3 nights. Sonia assisted us during the mornings the mornings and she was also very personable. ||The rooms suite included a separate bedroom and then the living/kitchen room. All very well-appointed and comfortable.||The buffet breakfast staff was excellent, always ready for the 6:30 start. I would only recommend that they add some breakfast potatoes, bread for toast, etc. However, the selection was nice.||The Lodge is near all of the sites, including Asheviile. A good center location.||We would stay here again during one of our vacations in the area.

This hotel is amazing!! The staff is incredibly friendly. They have cookies in the evenings at the front desk. They left personalized notes upon check in and check out as well as snacks in the room. The pool is pretty warm and tolerable compared to most. Very clean. Kitchenettes are great. They have fires on the back patio in the evening. Love the hard wood floors. If we come back to the area again we would stay here again without question.

AMAZING! 5 STAR!! This place is awesome! And there Good people! I left my Tablet here drove 2 states away and they called immediately and asked me if i wanted to Ship it home or come back by. We came back through stayed the night and had a wonderful time! Highly recommended!!!

Extremely pleasant atmosphere, the hotel staff was professional, a very pleasant greeting each time you entered the hotel. Plenty of parking, clean throughout the hotel. Highly recommend for any and all types of stay! They also cater for special events; the back yard has a beautiful waterfall. |Stayed numerous times while our home was being built!

Excellent property, clean and charming. At the front desk we were welcomed by Scott who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The staff in general were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. High quality rooms, very well maintained spacious and clean. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

The lodge was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful! Our room and common areas were extremely clean. The breakfast buffet had the usual things, eggs, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits. The waterfall and outdoor areas were nice. Front desk agents were welcoming and friendly! Would stay again!
