Skiers’ delight! Affordable ski-in ski-out hotel with simple clean comfy rooms, fun common spaces (fireplace, pool table, shelf of books and games, lounges, vintage ski photos everywhere, a lovely bar, breakfast with view of the slopes). And of course the magnificent slopes of Bromley second away. There is even a washer-drier for guests for a small fee in case you, like us, can’t resist skiing on a rainy day and need to dry your clothes to get back out there. Also spa services, and a large kids’ playroom with a kid-height stage. Staff was great, warm, and friendly, Vermont-style. How this also one of the most affordable options in the area I have no idea! It will absolutely be our go-to for skiing Bromley.
We recently visited the area for fall foliage and touring. Our stay at The Lodge was very pleasant as we spent an enjoyable evening with another couple in the very large game room on the lower level playing cards and eating snacks. Breakfast was in a sunny section of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It must be very charming in winter as the view is spectacular!!
We’ve stayed at the Lodge at Bromley twice now. The first time was in 2021. Because of Covid, they didn’t have their bar open but this time they did and it was so nice to have that available especially being there during the holidays. The kids area downstairs had more for the boys to play with and let loose a bit. We learned from the first stay to bring a cooler with food since they don’t have a restaurant or anything available. The room was perfect for what we need, nothing fancy. The look of the Lodge is definitely dated but we stay there for its proximity to Bromley Mountain. I don’t ski but the rest of my family does. We have gotten a room that overlooks the mountain both times now so I have been able to watch my family from the comfort of the room. It is a great place to stay and I highly recommend.
What a wonderful hotel! Arrived late (11 pm) and greeted by a friendly, smiling man who was the resident manager. He was full of helpful information and was so welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed so very comfortable. Lovely view from room balcony of ski slopes. And price was so reasonable! Would definitely recommend this hotel
Great location. Rooms were clean, but nothing fancy. Dinner is a challenge and monopolized by a local store just down the road. Hotel is a bit old, but adequate. Right next to ski area. Very picturesque during the fall.
This property deserved a 1 star but I gave it a 3 star ONLY BECAUSE OF THE STAFF! Rob was very welcoming and friendly as was the nice young girl who is responsible for the breakfast. If the owner reads nothing else, I implore you to invest for some serious rehab of the rooms. I honestly would not step barefoot on the carpet or bathroom floor. In addition, there was peeling paint, stained carpets and water damage of the walls in the bathroom. And, a pretty sub-standard air condoling unit. This made for a pretty rough night. Certainly not worth $200 per night. It could be such a cute place if there were some necessary updates made.
Room was clean and well equipped. Staff was pleasant and responsive. Hotel location is conveniently located in the middle of Okemo and Mount Snow.
We absolutely love The Lodge at Bromley, it's a fantastic family place and we usually go with a couple families at a time as we take full advantage of the ski scene at Bromley. The lobby and kids game area downstairs is great to wind down in the evenings after a day of skiing, and the included breakfast is a delicious addition. Shout out to Rob for being so kind and helpful each time we visit! We've stayed there 5 times since the pandemic started and have another 4 visits this ski season.
Visiting Bromleyâs summer adventure offerings was the highlight of my familyâs trip to Vermont. We spent a full 6 hours between the ropes course, man runs on the alpine slide and the fun activities they had near the lodge. The unlimited pass was
