From start to finish the whole crew was courteous and friendly not to mention knowledgeable .Their team was respectful of our home and cleaned up after job was completed. Diagnosis good but wanted to charge me $759 for motor and replacement. I found a new replacement motor $150. The motor should take no more than 30 minutes to replace. The tech would not disclose the parts and labor estimate. Simple math tells me they wanted to charge me ~600 in labor. I would have been happy to pay 1/2 that in labor, I understand business needs to make some $$; however the reality is simply taking advantage of people in despair when AC fan fails during heat wave!

Complete delight. Their system allowed me to make an appointment online. They sent text messages to my phone to keep me apprised of the status of my request. The technician, Edgar, was awesome. He helped diagnose the issue, which turned out to be my thermostat, not my AC system. The service excellence displayed by this company does not happen by accident. Whoever is running this business really cares about their customers.

We've been using this company for the last two years, their a little more pricey then my last guy I had 15 years, but they're friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and great communication. They're always out the next day or two. I like that they text you a picture of who's coming out to do the work and when they'll be there and when their in route. They walk you through everything, make suggestions and quick to get parts if they need to replace anything. They email you estimates before leaving your drive way or within in an hour or two which is still great.

They were very quick and efficient and also offered me a maintenance agreement. The person is scheduled the appointment and schedule it for next Wednesday at the earliest but when an opening came up for today, saturday, I took it and get to live in comfort for the rest of the weekend. So my compliments to the front office staff and the technician who came out with a good efficient work they did. Also, since I have a new solar unit. We talked about replacing the unit with an AC unit with the heat pump when the time becomes necessary.

We had water leaking from a clog in our AC condenser line … we tried to DIY but just couldn’t clear the clog. So much water leakage & inefficient cooling kept happening until we called The Little Guys Heating & Air. The tech came right in & got the job done! Grateful & would definitely recommend them for any & all HVAC needs.

Technician was personable, professional, and thorough. Office went the extra mile to exceed expectations. Will certainly use again. Stand up company,. Issue happened during an inspection that was not their fault, just aged equipment and bad timing and they stepped up, ordered the part, and replaced it. Gotta Love It
