Management isn’t what you might wish. Garbage was left in the apartment from the last ( or previous). Tenant. The AC wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms but it was like pulling teeth to get management to admit and fix the problem. The smoke detector went off twice even though there was no smoke. Simple cooking odors seem to set it off. This was distressing to the entire building and surrounding properties as well as waiting for the fire department to come in and look around took a very long time and the siren was blasting the entire time with no way to turn it off. The place is showing it’s age with dirt marks on the wall and s9me of the stucco knocked off in places. I wouldn’t stay here again.
