My stay at the Linc has been nothing short of amazing! The staff here are so attentive and helpful. I wouldn’t trade them for anything else. The Linc is very luxurious and comfortable. The amenities are excellent and if you’re looking for something to do, the staff here at the Linc will make sure there’s activities for everyone to enjoy! You will be welcomed!

Cori and the entire staff have made my move in amazing, from finding me the perfect unit, to accommodating unit preference they helped along the entire way. It’s been about 2 weeks and so far everything has exceeded my expectations and is well worth the value. The cleaning of the floor common areas daily is a big plus as well amazing!

My fiance and I lived here for a year and loved it. The property was always well maintained and the front office staff was always friendly to work with! I've had a few packages get delivered here on accident after moving out and the front office employees have always been so kind and helpful! I highly recommend renting here!!

I’ve been a resident for about 6 months now, and have no complaints. The front office staff is nice and attentive. Cori and Vladd are the dream team. The property is beautiful and I utilize the amenities often. I would recommend this complex to family and friends.

I am in love with this property. I came in to take a tour & was met with a very inviting staff. The manager, Vlad, had great energy & made us feel very welcomed as he showed us around. The amenities alone were just amazing. I know I will get plenty use out of the gym, pool, media screening room &, as a med school student, the private study rooms. The hallways leading to the apartments remind me of a luxury hotel. It’s a very quiet property but I did meet a few friendly “neighbors” along the tour. As we entered the apartment I was not disappointed. The expansive countertops & open floor plan was just what I was looking for. The 1x1 was the perfect size for me & Jaxxon, my fur baby. Lol I think I have found my new home. Thank you Vlad & the rest of the staff at The Linc.

This is home! There’s so many good things to say. 1. The location, right of 285, 2mins away from the Perimeter mall. 2. Customer Service. Everyone is helpful! Vlad, the assistant manager is the sweetest, I was able to tour the property as many times as I needed before making a decision, I did not feel rushed, I was provided with all the information I needed. 3. Quiet and clean environment 4. Plenty garage parking space 5. Maintenance is quick and helpful

Chelsea runs a great leasing office. She is manager and left me in great hands with Cori and Vlad as I moved through my application and acceptance. This brings me comfort as a resident knowing that she’s hands on and ready to assist. Cori and Vlad were phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be in place at the building. They ensured I had everything I needed at every step of the way, but what I enjoyed most was that working with one of them is like working with both of them. This shows an exemplary level of teamwork which is essential in office settings. Cori went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience for me by providing frequent updates, calling and emailing important information and having a stellar attitude every time I randomly showed up.

Horrible customer service. Came in on a Wednesday to view an apartment at 5:30. The leasing agent (Christian) stated that they stop showing apartments after 5. That was understandable to me. He then asked if we could set an appointment for another day. We agreed. Made an appointment for 5 on a Friday since I get off at 4:30. Leasing agent then begins to joke about us choosing the 5 o clock time slot and basically questioning if we will make it on time. We make it to the appointment early on Friday. The leasing office door is closed and there is a sign saying they will be back shortly. Time goes on and no one returns to the leasing office so I call the customer service number on their site. The rep on the phone was very polite but before she could finish checking a leasing agent opens the door from inside. She proceeds to tell us that she had seen us waiting but didn’t know why so she didn’t come out initially. She then tells us that Christian left early for the day and she can’t show us an apartment because she is working on a report that she has a deadline for. Needless to say, we left and lost interest in the place.
