Excellent establishment. Food was amazing. I hosted a meet up for about 15 people a year ago and they seated us in their banquet room. Cole was our server and he took amazing care of us. Really amazing atmosphere too. Cozy and great staff. They have an awesome happy hour!
Cool little place, I just moved into town and Mac, the bartender, made me feel at home! I had the green chili and a club with steamed veggies as the side.
We ordered wings, chips and queso, patty melt and a chicken parm sandwich.
The wings are where it’s at, the best wings I’ve had in a long time, cooked all the way through, juicy and quite literally just fell off the bone!
The queso was very thick probably made with velveeta and really lacked actual flavor so I probably wouldn’t order that again.
The patty melt was very good I enjoyed the garlic aioli, but I asked for my burger medium and it came out well done.
My husband said he didn’t care for his chicken Parm sandwich but he loved the French fries and he dipped them in the queso.
Service was great owner was friendly.

"Disappointing beer pours at Castle Rock location. Ordered the large draft beer (i.e. 20oz). Arrived with beer level 2 fingers below top. Asked manager for top off. Said couldn't because 2 fingers was policy. LAUGHABLE!
Properly poured beer at The Library in Castle Rock."

Very poor experience. Came in for happy hour. Well drinks were $3.50 but they charge extra for cranberry juice mix with no warning and I found out from a surprise upcharge on the bill. And I'm pretty sure there was no alcohol in my drink. That kinda defeats the idea of happy hour don't you think? What a joke. I ordered the chips and guacamole and they were terrible. Stale greasy chips and the guacamole had way too much pepper and lime. How do you ruin guacamole?? I couldn't even taste the avocado. I voiced my concern to the waitress and she politely removed it from my bill after consulting her manager, but I thought it was odd that the manager didn't come over and check on us. I was prepared to order more but completely lost interest. The place was dead on a Friday night at 6pm. With so many other great places to go in Castle Rock with happy hour I can see why. So I left and went elsewhere. I would never go back to this place.
We had great service and mediocre food. I don't think I will come back. I think the food is good if you're already wasted but if you're sober and you're just hoping for a good meal then you're going to be disappointed just like I was. I didn't even eat my chicken I thought it was probably the worst barbecue chicken I've ever had in my life and I took it home and fed it to my dog so I hope she appreciated her $18 dog food meal. It was dry and pounded flat probably to make it look bigger it was disgusting and horrible and I would never recommend it to anyone. The mozzarella sticks were cold the breading was too thick it tasted like a frozen mozzarella stick from the freezer that they microwaved or something like thanks gross. The only redeeming feature was our server was super nice and I loved her.
I did have a burger(don't remember which one exactly), and an upgraded house salad that comes with a burger to blue cheese pecan chopped salad.
I'd say the burger got 5 stars - tasty, juicy, soft bun... The salad unfortunately was on the other end of the spectrum. I'd give 3 to the salad. Maybe I should have stayed with regular french fries.
Service was great and polite, all 5 stars here. I was told about all the options, and advised to order half a portion of the salad.
My friend, and I went there a few months ago for Monday night football at the bar. It was my first time, but he's been there before. I have nothing good to say about this place. It was the worst experience in every way. The list is too long! It mainly starts with the worst bar tender I have ever seen in my 60 years of life. If the owner only knew that she is destroying his business! I live here in town, and will never ever put foot in any of this owner's restaurant. Very sad!

Super good experience at this Applebee's! We needed a meal late at night, and they were open! The steak we had was excellent as was the other food. No complaints about our experience.
The food was delicious. The short stack of onion rings were nice and crunchy! The manager personally came out to greet my friend who has never been before and thanked him for coming. The monster burger was cooked perfectly and was juicy. The garlic f
