Just don't. If you want to be right next to a freeway and an active train track less than 10 feet from your window, this place is for you. The pool floor is all broken and is an injury and insurance claim waiting to happen. I was hoping the other disastrous reviews were just disgruntled guests, but they are all very correct. Breakfast was a complete joke too. They had a few kinds of month old cereal and tiny Styrofoam bowls. The bagels were round bricks, there were a few yogurts, and the scones were so dry it will give you the worst cotton mouth of your life. You're paying a premium price for this place. The cash deposit of up to $250 dollars on top of your stay is a crime. Because this price isn't premium. They call it a Hotel but really with the quality it should be a Motel.

The Leo was amazing!!!!! From check in to check out... On an unexpected snowstorm Friday night, I was greeted by the friendliest front desk agent. Fitness room was open 24 hours. Night shift agent was helpful, too looking out my window in the middle of the night to see the parking lot being plowed for everyone's safety. Walking out of my room in the morning I was met with a smile from a housekeeper saying good morning. At check out the wonderful desk agent asked me about my stay and wished me safe travels home with a big smile. Clearly, they are doing something right at THE LEO staff smiling mean management/owners are treating their employees well. Which means great guest service. My room was large with whirlpool and fireplace. Nice waterfall shower. Can wait to be in the area to stay at The Leo again.

Just avoid completely. If you want to play the floor is lava then the carpeting in the hallway will be just great! Bait and switch on rooms. ZERO privacy in your room. All you have between you and the outside world is a sheer curtain that you can see through. Forget sleeping soundly or sleeping in from all the lights from traffic and sunlight. That green curtain is fully extended and only there for decoration! Food all over the pool deck and IN the pool due to a party at a specifically stated "no party hotel". Train tracks 10ft away with active trains. A crossing is right there too so you'll hear the horns too! There was also a mask and a "toy", if you catch my drift, under our bed so it obviously isn't throughly cleaned. There was also a pile of pool tiles on the edge of the pool with obvious holes in the tiling on the pool bottom. And trust me it hurts! Shouldn't have had to pay for such a stay. With the high deposit required, statement of no parties, and the price tag of the room you expect some quality. There was none of that there. Breakfast was 3 choices of stale cereal, dried out scones, bagels, fruit cups, yogurt, and one waffle maker.

The staff was OUTSTANDING! Very clean and organized! The pool was clean and well supplied! Nice breakfast! The room was large and the bathroom, HUGE!! The staff and cleanliness of the room made this birthday stay WONDERFUL!! I can't say enough about the staff though, from the warm and bubbly anchor at the front desk all the way to the very nice and pleasant housekeepers, everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. THANK YOU to everyone at The Leo, you made this Leo's birthday wonderful!

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and flew in from out of state. We expected a little more renovated and modern. It was not a cheap stay. It was a cute hotel and decor had that feel but you could tell it was outdated in many areas. The halls and rooms smelt like weed so badly my partner and I had to move rooms at 11pm. There is a train that runs right outside the hotel. The staff were great and apologetic, the housekeeping was nice and worked hard. The kitchen was not stocked with anyone which made it impossible to use without buying items. There were no hangers in the closets for our wedding attire and no places to put our towels etc. our second room we were moved into had a large stain down the side of the bed. We do not feel this room was worth what we paid.

Booked the room through Expedia shortly before arrival. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ruth, and we have to admit her exceptional communication skills and service as she offered us more spacious suite at no extra charge (apparently it had extra couch although our family wasn’t so big). The room was on a second floor facing the parking lot at the front, very clean, well furnished, very quiet, with very good clean bathroom and really good air conditioning (considering on that particular day outside it was 36 Celsius and only 18 in the room). No heavy smells anywhere, true non smoking hotel. Breakfast was included, but the one could call it too continental, with no eggs and sausages, it was kinda strange to me to watch big men having fruit loops to start the day))) Apple juice from machine contained probably too much water. But it didn’t affect the overall positive experience, thank you!

Good: 1) the rooms and common areas were clean. 2) the staff was friendly & helpful 3) the train behind the building didn't go through @ night. Bad: 1) All areas around the hotel smelled like a hookah lounge 2) The train running directly behind the building runs @8am (Saturday) no sleeping in. 3) the beds are harder than the floor. 4) my bed base was on risersThe bed was literally up to my waist. So hard to get into that considered sleeping in the office chair at 4am. 5) Everything hurt after attempting to sleep for 4 hours. Most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced 6) weak wifi-my Cellular data worked batter 7) pool was small & shallow & overrun w/unsupervised small children 8) hoards of small children crowded the breakfast area from 8-9. Staff couldn’t keep up refilling items. 9) It does not pay to book well in advance. The same rooms were MUCH less that day than what I booked at

Oh where do I start let's see we paid and booked online for our room!! To then getting there for them to say we can't use the card we have for the deposit! So at this point we are stuck with a room they say we can't get a refund on or not to forget to mention we go out of OUR way to get the deposit to got through with another card they say they say they don't accept but did it anyways 🤡 which was nice but could've just did that with he first card we used instead of going out of the way to get another card they accept to pay for it!!! So we get our room can't wait to go swimming we go swimming and begin to start itching and eyes burning after about 20 min the chlorine was so strong that I'm not sure if it was chlorine or bleach 😭😭 we get out and me and my partner are burning and breaking out in bumps and hives from the chlorine our skin is still dry the next day after a shower!! I suggest not using so much Chlorine and if anyone is thinking about booking here with small children please don't the pool is not recommended
