We enrolled our son here when he was 11 months old after pulling him from another daycare. Best decision we ever made. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with warmth and kindness from Jackie or Alissa the director. Our son loves his teachers and goes right to them with open arms. He has learned so much since starting here and they do so much with him. We receive updates and pictures throughout the day :) Our son is truly happy to be there and always leaves with a smile on his face . We love this daycare and know he is in good hands when he is there .

My daughter has gone here since she was a year old and we absolutely love this location and people!! She’s always so happy, learning everyday and always challenged to grow! Can’t say enough great things about this staff, director and location!

I can't say enough about how wonderful the school looks!! My oldest child graduated from TLE years ago but the new owners and staff are amazing! The school looks totally different and brand new- its gorgeous with the new technology and we love the new playground!!! Alyssa and Jackie are so accommodating and kind! I feel so secure knowing my child is there in their care.

We went to tour the center a few weeks ago and were blown away! Not only is it beautiful but it is under new ownership and new management. The director Alissa was helpful, kind and informative. The classrooms are updated and filled with environmental print, technology and age appropriate toys. My son is four and he had a blast on the playground equipment and couldn't wait to be able to have computer time. He is excited to start school, make friends and learn. I love that there is a vast curriculum including sign language and Spanish! Although it's hard leaving little ones for the first time, I feel confident in that this center is extremely secure and follows strict cleaning methods and policies to ensure the health of the children in their care.

I am so very grateful for the amazing ladies that work at this daycare. As a new mom all you hear are the horror stories of taking your baby to daycare but that is NOT the case with this location. The ladies genuinely love my daughter and take great care of her. Thank you Alyssa, Jackie, Dawn, Paola and Brianna for everything you do for my little nugget. We appreciate you so much.

This center is incredible. Having had experience as a daycare professional as well as a parent you are so much in the industry that simply does not make sense for our children. Here there is never a corner cut or a task left unattended to. Dawn and Alissa are both phenomenal people and stellar professionals. I know my son is safe and learning at all times. Thank you TLE!

We love The Learning Experience in Centereach! The workbooks that come home at the end of the month are so great and I can see what my daughter has been learning! She loves Make Believe Boulevard and the playground! The school is so clean and inviting and Ms. Dawn and Ms. Alissa have been so welcoming!

This place is horrible being considerate and kind. They answer the phone by saying “ It’s a happy day at the learning experience” but that is the first Lie of many. They do what they want with your kids, Never consulting the parent. They have told me one thing and have done another. I had to find out about other things done. They don’t tell you up front. They tell parents what they are going to do and take the role as they are the ones in charge over your child and not you as the parent. For instance. I was literally TOLD “ we are GOING to take your child outside if it meets the guidelines (a weather chart they go by) they did not try to work with me or find other solutions to me not wanting my kids outside on a cold day, literally according to weather says feels like 34 degrees outside, they told me this is how it is and that’s it. I was never explained this is a rule or how they can work with me to feel comfortable letting my kid out when it’s that cold. All of them from the teacher Dominique to the asst director Alyssa to the director Dawn and to the owner Susan, They all have no problem telling parents with attitude what they will do and what to do with your child. Also they really lack an important characteristic of common sense when dealing with children and to me I think that is very important. As a parent I don’t think they are appropriate to run a facility for children because of the way they handle situations. When working with children you should always be kind and compassionate, All the people mentioned will put a facade like they are at first But trust me after signing up it’s a whole different attitude you get. It is a great curriculum at TLE but unfortunately I now have to deal with finding a new place because These people should not be running this facility, they should not be in the child care setting.
