My son has been at TLE since he was 4 months old and we plan on sending my newborn daughter there as well around the same age. Miss Joanna in the newborn classroom is an excellent, very attentive teacher and my son just adored her. I am excited for my daughter to experience the same. My son is now in the toddler room and absolutely loves going to school everyday and loves his friends and teachers. I couldn’t recommend this daycare more.

The place is just amazing my 3 daughters went there, now they are doing very well in their education due to the solid foundation at TLE. I can't be more proud of them and grateful to TLE in Basking Ridge for their impactful learning and mentoring for my daughters in their early years. the management team is very professional handling the business and the relation with parents while maintaining a friendly and courteous atmosphere which I believe help the children growing and developing. Wish everyone there the best and more achievements to come

We joined TLE about 2 months ago and our little girl is thrilled to go in every day. My husband was nervous at first since she had always been cared for by family, but by the second week he was relieved we had made the right choice. Our daughter is thriving here and the teachers and assistant teachers really care for the kids. I love that the staff is diverse and they are always friendly when greeting the little ones. We are very pleased so far that our daughter is so happy there.

We have been part of the TLE family for more than 4 years and highly recommend this school to all our friends. My son began as a toddler in 2018 when we moved to the area and just he started kindergarten well ahead of his peers, fully reading and writing and understanding math concepts. My daughter started in the infant room at 5 months old and is now in her final year at TLE. This school is much more than just a daycare, it feels like a family and my husband and I have made many friends here along with our children. The curriculum is top notch and the teachers go above and beyond for their students. A special shout out to Ms. Arleen for developing entire lesson plans around the interests of her class. She’ll always have a special place in our hearts, along with Ms. Monica and Ms. Elaina who also brought so much joy to our children.

Miss Sharlene is the best! Mikey is new to TLE but he adapted into her class so quickly with her nurturing and caring personality. This gives us comfort, knowing he is being cared for and educated by Sharlene and the staff there. We feel fortunate to have Mikey enrolled at TLE and look forward to watching him grow while in good hands. Thank you!

Updated Review (November 2022): As you can see, my most recent review was only in regards to my experience from January 2017 - September 2022. Following the director's departure, several changes have come to fruition which made me remove my younger daughter. There are several safety concerns and lack of qualified, appropriate teachers. The current management is not taking steps to ensure the safety of children and have not ensured that things went back to normal for anyone. It's been incredibly sad to see the decline here but parents should be aware that it not the TLE that we all knew and loved anymore. The amount of turnover is alarming (teachers are only staying 1-2 weeks) and lack of supervision after 3 PM cause for concern. Please be sure to really look into the inspection reports recently done and the complaints lodged. I hope that more can be done so that it can go back to what it once was, but I cannot stand by my original review with what has been happening as of late. Original Review (August 2022): We have been a TLE family since 2017 when my oldest (who just finished her last day at TLE) started in their Infant room. We are over the moon with the amazing staff, teachers and families at TLE Basking Ridge. Everyone is incredibly caring, kind and we truly feel blessed to have found TLE. Our children have grown and continue to grow both academically and socially and we attribute this to the wonderful curriculum that is developed and the OUTSTANDING teachers. I cannot say enough wonderful things about TLE. I am only sad they don't go all the way up to High School!

TLE is a very special place and we are thankful our kids were here. Ms Arleen is a superstar. She blends firm, creative, and fun in a mix that builds both character and academic skills. Her kindergarten class this year was out of this world, she has set the bar so high and has prepared the kids for success. Our daughter enjoyed her time here. Shout out to Ms Elena and Ms Monica also. Their mix of affection and rigor really helped her blossom. The entire staff at TLE are simply amazing.

My two girls started at 5 months old and now the oldest is about to enter public school. We started out at Monmouth Junction and then switched to Basking Ridge in 2019 because we moved. The TLE franchise in general is great. The curriculum overprepared my 5 year old for Kindergarten. The kids receive booklets geared towards each age group. There is an app where you get updates and pictures of your kids throughout the day. We toured different TLEs when we moved to get a feel for each one. I suggest you visit the school and talk to parents whose children are enrolled. Many community facebook groups have parents willing to share their experiences. The teachers are the ones who make the experience great, so do your homework to see which teachers are presently there.
