The Lauderdale Boutique Hotel - Featured Reviews (269)
My first time at the Lauderdale but certainly not my last! The hotel is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the FLL area and that’s coming from someone who frequently travels there - the location is great, close to the airport, to a lot of restaurants and stores and still in a quiet area. The room was nice, very clean and had great, new amenities which made our stay so pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely be back to this location!
I’m always a little skeptical when making a decision to reside somewhere for a weekend. Though The Fort Lauderdale boutique and hotel surpassed all my expectations. From the quiet neighborhood, to the cozy upgraded unit that I got the pleasure to call home for two days.. located near a Main Street with an abundant selection of restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach at a great price.
I check out tomorrow but the experience I had was great 😊 the room was very clean the shower was my favorite I loved the pressure of the water. Did not have no problem to come in the hotel and in my room they sent me the codes via text message and they all worked perfectly fine! Vending machines were all working. What they offer I never seen a hotel offer like shower cap, make up removal wipes, ice bucket, and unlimited shampoo and conditioner and body soap that is in a nice container in the shower where u just push and it comes out in your hands,
It was small stuff that I would suggest for this hotel, have cups for the coffee and put a blackout curtains… Other then that I give it 100 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I pretty much never leave reviews, but here I am. I am with another reviewer on here. I made a reservation about two days ago and shortly after emailed two questions. I had to email them because their contact form is broken and does not send a message. They claim on their site they “always respond within 24 hours”.
I sent one email two days ago and one yesterday. Both at this point 24+ hours later with no response. In the first one, I asked about the cancellation policy since the wording was a bit confusing to me, and I also asked when I would get a confirmation email (which I still haven’t gotten despite booking two days ago).
In the second one I asked to cancel my reservation due to not being comfortable staying somewhere where there was a claim about a 24 hour response time which was not the case. I normally would be fine with waiting for a response from a support team, but I didn't like there were false guarantees and also the fact I still never got any confirmation or proof of my reservation, which I consider standard when making a booking anywhere.
My card has been charged with what I assume is the deposit, and I will probably need to formally go through my credit card company to file a dispute if I still receive zero response.
The Hotel was clean, quiet and close to what we needed. The "no desk clerk" was a bit of a problem with accessing the property late at night. Thank goodness the security guard helped us out.||The only other issue, was the property was reserved through Expedia and the reservation was made contingent upon our credit card being charged when we arrived. Unfortunately, the Boutique saw fit to charge for the room months before we arrived and would not refund the monies when requested to. This was and still is unacceptable.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at or even visited. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. They double charged me for my stay then essentially laughed at me when I explained the dire situation they put me in by doing that. It's been over a week and the return I got was for a fraction of what they owe me. So now I get to wait another however long before I see my money. Also, there is no one on-site to help with any issues you might have, like getting checked in. Their check in process is so screwed up that I had to stand outside in an extremely dangerous neighborhood for half an hour with all of my luggage (and I mean their computer system you have to go through to check in). To add to it the hotel itself is garbage. The walls were thin enough to hear my neighbors thoughts. The pillows sank through to the mattress and the mattress is basically a cement slab. The shower is nice, but I developed an ear infection the day after staying there so I'm not sure the water is great. I say that because of the moldy, rusty looking buckets that are used for ice. I can only assume they got that way from the water. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT STAY HERE!
My stay was perfect. The room was spotless, and the representatives were quick, efficient, and always ready to assist whenever needed. They were very accommodating, and I will definitely visit again.
Flew in late and was standing outside of the gate for an hour and 11pm in the worst place in Fort Laudedale along with the biggest rats I have seen in my life. I was on the phone with them for an hour trying to get in. Never sent me a email saying anything about verifying my ID. And now it’s 11pm at night trying to open the link she emailed me that night nothing works. Now I have to get an Uber and another hotel room because she said she will not know how long it will be until I get into my room. It is 11pm no one in the right mind will say outside in the hood with the human sided rats. It has now been months and countless times contacting them and still no refund and barely even a response back. I would 100% avoid this place
