Great boutique hotel with excellent front desk staff. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is in a nice and safe neighborhood. Light continental breakfast included. There is a nice breakfast/lunch palace next door: Pura Vida. We would return here again.

Hello all I had a nice overnight stay on June 22nd. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional. He had a bald head with fashionable glasses. He checked me in at 11:30pm early rather than 3pm. And said welcome if you need anything else please let me know. The room was very nice clean and cool from the AC and fan being on. I checked in then walked to the beach. Yes it was scorching hot this weekend. But I had a good time. I filmed and took pictures for my YouTube channel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk service was exceptional, with staff members who were polite, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The complimentary coffee, tea, and wine was a plus. The rooms were clean, modern, and inviting. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to a great beach, mall, and dining options, all within walking distance and at an affordable price. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!q

Pros: Super friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Free wine in the evenings. Fruit available 24/7. Clean all around. Cons: bathroom floods when you shower bcuz there's no curtains. Not soundproof at all.

I wish I could give 0 stars 😡Scammers and liars!! Take a deposit and never return it!!!!! They are a disgrace, won’t even speak to the bank to resolve!!! Only one reason for that!!!!! You’re scamming people !! My bank told me to file a police report as my next step and I will be doing so immediately!!! Your hotel is so broke you can’t return a customers deposit that you had no right to even take out since it was supposed to be a hold only!!!! Thank goodness I recorded the loser that did answer the phone who told me he was so sorry and would return my hundred dollars to my account immediately, which is now over a month ago I will be giving that to the police!!

Super friendly and accommodating staff, about a 12-minute walk straight down 96th Street to the beach. Easy access for Shabbat - much easier than any of the high-rise hotels - and this is one of the reasons we stayed here. There's even non-electronically produced hot water in the breakfast area. The only negatives I have is: 1) it took me like a week and 5 or 6 emails to get any reply from the reservations staff. Every time I had a question, it took another 5, 6, 7 emails and a week to get a response - although it was always a friendly one. 2) Considering the neighborhood, perhaps buy some Thomas or Lenders bagels for the breakfast to accommodate the kosher-keeping guests. Even if it's only one bag of them, and the rest can be the other brands from COSTCO. 3) Parking is very convenient, but there are clearly not enough spaces on the side of the building. Isn't there a way the staff can park on the street? 4) Make sure clothes hangars and the security safe are on the checklist. We had no hangars when we checked in - and the safe had been locked by the last guest, so we couldn't use it. Otherwise, we'll be back next year for our third stay, we hope -- The Landon is great place to be!

Good hotel! Phones in both rooms did not work my entire stay. The staff were amazing! Be advised that there are no elevators but the stairs were easy to navigate.
