The Landmark Motel - Motel in St. Petersburg - 1930 4th St N, USA

The husband and I stayed at the Landmark Motel Thursday night. It was great…just as advertised. Clean and comfortable rooms. No frills, but all we needed. The owners were very nice and eager to please their customers. Perfect location. We walked 1 block over to enjoy Crescent Lake Park, and Sunken Gardens is right across the street from the Motel. Lots of restaurants nearby. We were very pleased to find Landmark Motel: clean, inexpensive, and great location!

First room I was in had bed bugs! After showing the owners the ones I found. they only moved my room, no discount for the inconvenience ( have to bomb all my things) but they actually try to tell me the room they give me is more. n they will give same price, but take away my microwave ! upstairs is smoking with fridge and microwave. downstairs you only get a fridge and they charge you more. I was told that bc the room was non smoking I can't have a microwave?!?!? So I get charged more for the inconveniences of bed bugs, blood on my sheets, microwave taken from room, maid that walks in when she pleases, caught some guy looking in my bathroom window, Owner hitting on female guests asking to sleep with him, Nasty attitude when you bring something up. never have I had this much issue w a place to be treated like this ! horrible. Becareful of belonging outside as well they will be stolen !!

The room is very clean. I have a really nice refrigerator but there's no freezer.I've got to go see if they have any shampoo cuz it did not come with the room. There's only a shower and no bathtub. There's no bedbugs. The room came with a microwave and a TV with very little channels on it. The air conditioner works excellent

The cleaning staff was great and very helpful, but the owner was very bipolar. One day he acts like your friend the next he acts like he wants to kick you out. He also blames anything that goes wrong with the room on you regardless if it's your fault. Decent rooms crappy management

We were looking for a room at 10 PM on a Saturday night during spring break and everywhere else was sold out. The guy running this Motel was super friendly, when we called he said he had one room available and it was first come, first serve so we floored it there scared we would miss our chance but he actually had put a sign saying he was waiting on a reservation so that we wouldn't miss out. Booking, Expedia and Priceline all said there were no rooms in the area or even in Tampa and what you could find was $1000 a night! We called and got this room for $120 plus tax which was great for the area, nice room, clean, no bugs and very friendly staff! I definitely would recommend and if you are striking out on a busy weekend try giving this guy a call, he was a life saver for us!!

Friendly owners always ask me if I need anything comfortable beds clean room. They have great prices and also have HBO channels. I enjoyed my stay and whenever I stay in st Pete this is my first option greatly located to plenty of restaurants and close to downtown area. Definitely will go back thanks for the great experience

Very friendly owner, and clean room at an unbelievably low rate. I was skeptical of the area at first because I was traveling alone with my 3 month old grandson, but Jack (owner) and Jennifer (housekeeper) went out of their way to make sure our week long stay was pleasant. I will definitely stay at the Landmark motel if I ever travel to St. Petersburg, FL again. We had no problems whatsoever.

I love the Landmark Motel. It is very clean, affordable and the people are friendly. This place has a comfortable homelike feeling. And it's close to downtown and several nice restaurants.
