The Lakeview Inn & Cottages - Inn in Laconia - 58 Tower St, USA

We recently planned a trip with a large group and we're blown away from beginning to end. The rooms in the inn and the cottages were comfortable and inviting, the location was ideal with only a few minutes walk to boat rentals and the boardwalk, and the staff could not have been friendlier! We will absolutely be back again! Until then, we will all be reminiscing about the homemade muffins! Thank you for a wonderful experience

Highly recommend staying at the Lakeview INN. This INN was extremely clean and the location is perfect, right in the heart of all festivities at Weirs beach. Never mind the views being absolutely incredible. Janet is the best host! She makes you feel so welcomed and right at home. She also makes the BEST muffins in the morning! Our favorite parts were hanging on the front porch taking in the views, as well as the pool and hot tub. We cannot wait to book our next trip here and will be recommending this INN to anyone looking to stay at Winnipesaukee. This INN is the best example of “home” away from home.

We had a wonderful time. We had a 2 bedroom cabin which was perfect for us and we were able to walk out the back door and into the pool. The grounds are beautiful with lovely flowers and bushes and sitting areas everywhere to relax and take in the views of the lake. The owner was the absolute best. She was so sweet and accommodating. The cherry on top were the delicious warm muffins and coffee in the am. Highly recommend and hope to get back there again.

Super cute private cabin- but tiny bathroom so I’d avoid for larger people. Coffee maker was great because I don’t do Keurig in am as offered by hosts. Lovely little place overall with nice views. I recommend bringing pillows and a larger blanket too. Bedding not the best.

Adorable getaway in the lakes region! First time in the area and I will be back. We stayed in a standalone one room cottage that had all necessary amenities, screened in porch, and close parking. The bathroom is tiny but having added sink in kitchen worked great. The location is perfect but there is a steep hill to get back from town if cardio isn’t your thing. Gas station at the top for any needed items too (we picked up coffee and milk). Weirs Beach and pool were lovely. Train and boat cruises available within feet. Diner is walkable. Mini golf. We enjoyed the porch areas to view lake and fireworks! Some great restaurants within short drive.

Our family of 5 spent 2 nights in the Captain’s Suite. We enjoyed our stay- one of the closest places to downtown. The best place to drink coffee off the front porch with a gorgeous view. Janet was absolutely delightful; one of the highlights of our visit. Two things to note, bring shampoo/conditioner as room did not have and one of bedrooms (full size bed) did not have an A/C unit; which was fine for us because the weather at night was cooler. Highly recommend staying here!

The owners Janet and Joe were awesome !! They stayed in contact with me before my trip, even sent me all of the information I needed for a speedy check in with. And every morning Janet, Joe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Every morning there was fresh muffins that Janet made and also coffee. The Lakeview Inn and Cottages are in a perfect spot. It’s an easy walk to any place in Weirs Beach. I would highly recommend this place. I’m looking forward to going back there next year !!

My son and I booked a room as we came up to NH to see Luke Bryan. Janet was amazing, very friendly and made us feel at home. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the location. We spent time at the arcades and had dinner at a local restaurant all which are within walking distance from the Inn.
