Definitely check this place out. Food was really good we didn't have drinks but the Ambiance there was perfect old school beer signs which you don't see anymore. Very clean definitely be going back. Talked with the owner John for a little bit he was very approachable very nice guy. Had the cheese steak sandwich and a chicken Caesar wrap chicken very juicy delicious. Steak and mushroom was cooked perfect roll nice and delicious. Sorry I don't know the bartender's name. She was on top of everything.

They didn't have ribs or roasted chicken my 88 year old mother and I ended up having haystack onions which were not haystack they were just onion pedals and a scoop of mashed potatoes which came to $40.00. We will not go back.

My mother and I drove out from Twin Lakes on Monday night to The Lakehouse for Ribs and Roasted chicken. We were informed that they were out of both. Our server was apologetic and proceeded to offer up suggestions for dinner. Nothing sounded appealing as we had our heart set on said items. We ended up with mashed potatoes and haystack onions. The haystack was just onion rings. Again your server attempted to make things right, but we were feeling let down. We did receive 2 free cheesecake slices which were awesome. I appreciated the gesture to make things right. We will not return though. If you don't go for the food, go for the service. Our server was just awesome 👌

This whole experience was underwhelming, honestly I’m disappointed from the start. I was told to seat myself, which I did, and then I waited several minutes before anyone came to the table to take my drink order, and it was over ten minutes before I was given a menu. I ordered the cheese curds (pictured) and the burger, and the portion on the curds were underwhelming for the price (menu stated $7.95), but the burger was generous in size and seemed like a fair price. Food came out promptly and was pretty good, but not outstanding. My big issue is that when the bill came, everything was more expensive than the menu stated. There was no disclaimer that the menu prices had changed, and even though it was only a few dollars different, it felt very misleading. The staff seemed disorganized, and inattentive. I honestly felt like a bit of a burden, and I won’t be back. I wasn’t offered a drink menu, or a dessert menu, and I would have ordered both if it was offered. Finally, the menu was very difficult to read. It was a full color print photo background, with white text overlaid with very poor contrast. They’re in desperate need of a graphic designer. As someone with relatively mild vision impairments, it was very challenging to read to begin with. Overall, I won’t be back, which is a shame because I work in the area and have been looking for a new place to sit between meetings to come in regularly for snacks and drinks.

It's a nice little restaurant for a quick bite to eat. Nice variety on the menu and friendly service. It's a little pricey, but very tasty, regardless of what you get. Nice open seating so you can have a private conversation, a date, or a party, and does have a bar if you want it, solid kiddie cocktails also available.

Possibly the best burgers we've ever had and the cheese fries with bacon amazing! Can't wait to try more of the menu! Amazing service and very neat atmosphere!

Awesome meat lovers skillet for breakfast is a must for newbies and don’t forget to add a delicious Bloody Mary. You’ll be back for more the following weekend breakfast venture! Service has always been fine even when most of us realize how incredibly difficult it is in today’s market to hire servers who actually want to work. Today’s new age of ‘right here, right now, my way or the highway’ will eventually implode. Let’s get back to the basics and appreciate what our small businesses bring to our local communities. Support them please with grace.

This was our first time here with my family. We ordered a philly cheese stake and a BLT, and it was really good. To make it even better our waitress Ashley was great! Give her a raise! Hard to find good help now a days! 😀
