What a lovely b&b! The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed with thoughtful amenities including snacks, black-out curtains, and bath crystals for the spa tub! Such a peacful, beautiful view over the lake, with picturesque sunsets! Waking to the smell of a delicious breakfast each morning was dreamy, and the food did not disappoint! Everything was wonderfully tasty! Justin was a fabulous host, attentive and friendly; excellent communicator. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. I can't wait to return!

I am so glad that we chose the Lakehouse for our weekend getaway. A quaint and quietly hidden-away Bed and Breakfast with amazing room service and provided breakfast made us feel so welcome. There is a pool, library, and a beautiful dining area overlooking the lake. With only 3 rooms, the feel of the venue is very intimate. The rooms are thoroughly refurbished every day, and come with small touches full of love. So much care for a very affordable price per night. But beyond any of that the hosts are simply wonderful; and Justin is great at making his guests feel welcome. Thanks again for the conversations!

Absolutely wonderful! The owner Justin is amazing and his attention to his guest is unmatched. The room was clean, cold and cozy... All the things needed for the perfect summer weekend getaway. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Watching the sunset from our room was the best part of each day. My husband and I will definitely be back to stay again in the near future.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Justin was very attentive but not intrusive. The homemade breakfasts were such a treat and not your typical breakfast fare. Our room had everything we needed and so many extra special touches that made us feel like we were in a fancy boutique hotel. The neighborhood was quiet with tons of beautiful deer that were not shy. We were close enough to several great restaurants, the lake, hiking trails and shopping. We definitely would love to return for another peaceful getaway.

We loved everything about the Lakehouse B&B from the heard of deer greeting us as we approached to chic appointments of the room…every detail was accounted for. Justin our host was attentive and checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was quiet, bed and pillows very comfortable. We slept like a dream. Breakfast was incredible. We had to leave early one morning and Justin accommodated us so we didn’t miss his Strawberries Romanoff, Belgian Waffles and Pecan crusted bacon! Delish! Very kind host who was fun to talk with each morning! The icing on the cake are the views over the lake and stunning sunsets. We did not enjoy the sparkling pool this time as we had too many other activities planned this trip but will definitely jump in next time! If you want a really special place to stay when you are in the area, this is it!

Absolutely one of the best B&B experiences we have ever had! My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we will absolutely be coming back. Justin, the innkeeper, is a fantastic host and wonderful cook. Our room was comfortable, had a wonderful view of Canyon Lake, and was wonderfully quiet and private. The Lakehouse is our place at Canyon Lake and we look forward to coming back for many years to come.

Best breakfest clean rooms always stocked with goodies Justin is the best host ever we return every year same time.the environment is well maintained and clean. Pool is always maintained. The view is so wonderful from any of the 3 rooms would definetly recomend 10 out of 10.

The Lakehouse Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Metropolitan room which is on the second floor giving it a beautiful view of the sun setting on the lake. It also has its own private hot tub which made for a perfect way to spend the evening after a day of sight seeing. Justin, the owner, was a fantastic host who made a delicious breakfast for us both days we were there and provided pleasant conversation as well. My wife and I have been to this B&B twice now and are looking forward to our next stay.
