Make reservation, then tell me they don't allow dogs, after they put a none refundable charge on my card which they said they needed the card just to hold roo. No charges because I was paying cash, the room was suppose to be 121.00 per night and they hit my card for almost 300, do not stay here the are scam artist, they tell u what u want to here then screw u, never will make a reservation with them ever!!! I own a five star business I never treat a customer like that ever, I have no negatives and they have plenty and another one!! They should go back to camel country!!
I booked a room with 2 double beds through their booking website which said there were 4 rooms available. They confirmed my booking and then when I called shortly after with a question, they said they were cancelling my reservation because there were no rooms available. This was the same day we were supposed to be there.
We were there on August 26 the hotel is very outdated, even though the room was clean, the wall paper was peeling on the walls. The air conditioner was extremely loud and plugged into an extension cord. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mini fridge didn't work .
The warm water is lukewarm at best, so enjoy your cold showers. floors and baseboards are gross, hair dryer is like 70s outdated AND dosent work, no coffee machine and the mini fridge/microwave is set up by daisy chain so it's a fire hazard as well.
Exactly what we needed: comfy, and walking distance to fort William Henry. And shoutout to the history nerds: the pool-side of the hotel is smack dab in the middle of where Montcalm's camp was! If I recall correctly, we had room 209: best spot to sit on the deck and admire the street leading into downtown (and next to the pool - made me regret forgetting my swimming trunks!). Fair warning for impatient people: give the hot water a hot minute before thinking you'll be taking a cold shower. Beds were amazing. For breakfast, conveniently situated next to Flapjack Pete's (just the thing needed when waking up starving from a long trip!). Big thanks to the lovely staff.
We stayed here a little over a year ago and loved it, the office staff was kind and we had a great time.. fast forward to this year July, we booked the same two bedroom apartment we rented last time, we get here and the lady at the desk was sitting there talking to two other ladies on their phones, and then she finally took care of me, and she then said that I only said two people so I had to pay an extra $195 on top of the $200 I already spent prior to arriving, which is almost double what we spend last July, then we had time to go in the “heated” as they advertised, pool, and the kids jump in to super cold water in the end of July, absolutely nothing heated about it, lol, they only gave us two towels, my husband had to ask for more and they seemed agitated by him asking, they gave him 4. (We had six ppl so we obv have to use the pool towels to shower with as well) either way we are going to make the best out of it, everything is super outdated and not the cleanest, but we didn’t mind it that much last year as the rate was good, but now spending over $400 I feel like I should’ve went somewhere nicer. Very sad.
Clean room but no coffee pot or any other essentials. No hair drier. Many no's. Good place to stay if you want no frills.
We recently stayed here and our stay was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was exactly as described. The beds were extremely comfortable. The in room fridge was a little small, but there was ice and ice buckets available. Having a microwave in the room was super helpful. Location was great, we love to walk and we were able to get to the center of Lake George village within just a few minutes. The fact that this is a pet friendly hotel was important to us and our pup. We will definitely be staying here again!
My family and I absolutely LOVED this place. The owners Felix and Diana were so kind and accommodating. Our cabin, the pool, and the grounds were all immaculate. Our two-bedroom cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing
Last minute booking as we lost the other booking in another hotel. Was bit sceptic as I never stayed 2 stars motel before. It was a pleasant surprise. The place is way above 2 stars. Room was clean and spacious. I didnt have any issue with bathroom l
For me and my wife the biggest selling point was that the O'Sullivan's is pet friendly. We have a bigger dog and it is often difficult to travel with him. O'Sullivan's solved that problem and clearly it wasn't an issue for just us - just about every
I came up to Lake George for my birthday and had a wonderful stay at the inn. It's a great location- you are within walking distance of the lake, so no need to deal with street parking. Elizabeth and Brady were very welcoming, the rooms were spotless
Birthday dinner. Packed house on a Wednesday night. Sat in the back room, very cozy space. House wine (very reasonable) and a signature cocktail. Both excellent. Small portions - crab cake app, cobb salad app. Again - both given high marks, the sala
Such a beautiful place. Loved our cabin, the property was beautiful, and such a wonderful place for kids. Had such a beautiful beach, and pools. Loved so much, and can't wait till next year .
My one night last minute escape to Lake George was amazing thanks to our server Sarah at my wine tasting at Adirondack Winery. I had such an experience with the 7 wine & 1 premium. My favorite which I renamed is the Beachside Bubbly *B!+â¬h yes I ad
