The Lagoon at Indian Rocks Beach - Resort hotel in Indian Rocks Beach - 710 1st St, USA

We stayed for 4 nights with 4 different families. Everything was absolutely perfect. The owners were very responsive, all units were very clean, close proximity to the beach, great pool, plenty of games, and a lot of beach chairs. We would love to stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were great, the location was convenient and felt like a neighborhood more than a tourist spot, and yet was only a two minute walk to the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the pool was well-heated, clean, and not overly chlorinated. The outside game and BBQ area was a great place for the kids, and even the laundry room was nice. Brad, the owner, was super-helpful, friendly, and always available, and helped make our stay a comfortable one. Definitely a place we'd be happy to visit again.

Very lovely spot, in a great location. Friends of my rented the entire resort for a 50th Birthday party. Rooms were nice, but could have used a ceiling fan in the room. Decor is nice, parking is adequate. Loved it.

We had 17 family members here for a early Christmas week. The owner could not have been more helpful! There are four fully supplied apartments, connected. There's a pool, tv room with picnics tables, game room with another tv/chairs, a five minute walk to the beach, everything you need for a wonderful time. Each room has a tv, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, there's a grill downstairs. I think you can sleep up to 32 people. Go to his website, not Airbnb for a better price.

Nice venue, Enjoyable surroundings with easy access to the beach and stores to fill the refrigerators. Great place for medium sized multi family. Owners are down to earth and available. 5 of 5 for sure! 👍

I stayed here over Thanksgiving and could not have been happier! The place was beautiful and clean with great recreation and pool space for everyone. The owner was super friendly and promptly responded to all of my needs. The beach was a 2 min walk away and there’s great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend vacationing here. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We stayed at the Lagoon in February of 2019, great location the next best thing to being on the beach, walking distance to the restaurants shops on Gulf Blvd and a block and a half walk to the beach! The condo was very clean, nice kitchen, great amenities throughout the building with a heated pool which my son loved.

Our stay at the lagoon was fantastic. It had everything we would need, and if anything was needed, Brad would immediately provide it. Brad I was also an excellent resource for reviews for restaurants, beaches, and all things local. It is very kid friendly as well. We will definitely come back.
