The Kluckin’ Chicken - Restaurant in Sherman Oaks - 13328 Burbank Blvd, USA

This is a shop specializing in fried chicken and French fries. The business is very good. Many customers will come to eat late or even in the middle of the night, or order takeaway. This store is very small, with only three tables and six chairs in the room, so it cannot receive many customers at the same time, and it is not possible to travel and party here. The area in front of the store is not big, and you can't park many cars, so you have to park on the side of the road.

This was my first time ever going, and it was pretty good to say the least. I went with the regular & spicy chicken sandwiches, with the option of sauce on the side(8-10). The spicy is hot🔥🥵🤯 but not unbearable. The coleslaw balanced everything out, and paired well with the soft roll and bun, in which you have the option for either one. I also had a chicken quesadilla(6-10) and taco (4-10). Next time I'll just stick to the chicken sandwich box with the fries which are crinkle cut, crispy, and seasoned to PERFECTION! (10-10) OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A (8-10) & I SHALL RETURN! 👍🏾

We're from out of town - we ordered via grubhub and I typically forget to review especially when ordering to go - but OMG! I wish I lived here to eat more often! My husband and I ate till we physically hurt, and my mouth is watering again this typing this review and adding my pictures. Seasoning was great, chicken was juicy and tender, deep fried pickles were crispy, fries were crispy and lightly seasoned to perfection, and the Mac and cheese is hands down some of the best Mac and cheese I've had in years. We're only here for 1 more night but we may order it again! Additionally- the portions were great! My husband and I eat alot but we could've easily split one of the meals since we ordered fried pickles AND Mac and cheese. We have another meals worth of leftovers but no microwave at the hotel, we literally called the front desk and asked if there was a microwave anywhere so we could reheat it tomorrow (or in a few hours maybe.).

I had better hot chicken. Only good thing they close late. According me food wasn’t tasty. There was 2 guys in the store, one was taking order and watching tv and the other one was cooking, preparing the orders and cleaning the kitchen at the same time. When I say cleaning kitchen I mean deep cleaning the kitchen. That includes moping floor, using chemical, washing dishes. That made me very uncomfortable.

When ordering the cashier was probably the nicest person I have ever met! Finding out that it had been my first time to the restaurant he promptly gave me his recommendations. After ordering he gave me a free can of pop for a promise of a good review. Here is the review and it was worth the 5 stars!

Had their #1... The chicken sandwich with their spicy sauce on the regular bun. Mesh comes with really crispy fries and a side of their signature sauce. Outstanding! Mostly an order and pickup spot... Very limited seating and parking can be tough.... That said, ask with the effort. A simple menu done so, so well. Kluckin fantastic!

Ordered a chicken combo with fries. It was so massive, I had to cut it in half to manage eating it. Both the fries and sandwich were delicious. The breast meat was cooked just right, with lots of flavor and moist enough to not need anything added. It had some kind of Cole slaw style topping with a slice of pickle. Very filling and enjoyable meal. Also, as an fyi, the picture included with this review shows 2 sandwiches. This was an error on their part but I didn't complain.😁

Wow the hot chicken sandwich on a roll was amazing! The coleslaw and pickles with the hot sauce they put on top and the side sauce they give you to dip in this I’m absolutely top notch! 10/10 recommend this place. Also the parking is a bit cramped here so I would try looking for a spot on the street before trying to squeeze in the little parking they have.
