The Kensington At Riggins Run - Apartment complex in Dublin - 5220 Riggins Run, USA

Wonderful community to live in! Pool is awesome! The fire typically gets taken over by the same group every time we try going but when there’s a seat left everyone is nice and it’s beautiful. Parking is horrible, even have a garage but that holds 1 car so our other car typically has to park pretty far away. The train is quite loud too but that’s not their fault!

After living here for a week, I can say I'm very happy with everything so far here! Amenities are fantastic, everyone in the office has been so kind and helpful, and the entire complex is very clean and well kept. My only minor gripe is the train that goes by several times a day, but it is a very minor inconvenience. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The maintenance man that came to fix my smoke detectors was so sweet and friendly! He gave my dog some love and quickly did what he needed to do. He was very timely and wonderful!

I had a great experience living at the Kensington at Riggins Run apartments. The staff was excellent and the space was absolutely beautiful. They have great amenities and do have community events.

one of the nicest communities i've left in. Tons of amenities you wont find at just any apartment. The staff is awesome and the community overall is nice and quiet. Much recommended to anyone moving to the dublin area.

We have lived here for 5 months now & we love it. Our apartment is huge and less than 2,000 a month. The inside is very modern, appliances work great. We have never had an issue with staff & have no complaints. yes there were car break ins in the very beginning but since then i believe they have hired security & no issues since. We can’t hear our neighbors one bit which was our main concern. Everything is clean and well kept. Rent is easy due to the fact that we just have it on an automatic plan. the anatomies are great something for everyone- since you can use the charles as well. everyone here is nice & respectful. only small complaint is there are train tracks right behind our building, but there is nothing they can do about it. i’m sure other buildings don’t hear it as much as we do. we love that there is a grill & fire place. it’s a great way to spend your nights after work to relax

I moved in to The Kensington 3 months ago. Process of leasing was smooth and the complex grounds are clean. The indoor heated pool was the true selling point for me. Apartment is clean and bright, but could use more storage. I like that they have the dog poop DNA system (World Pet Registry). I also like the on-site car wash and vacuum. The office staff deals quickly with tenants that allowed their dogs off leash. The only recommendations I would give is 1) remove carpet for tenants who have asthma, I will only be staying here for one lease period because of the carpet and 2) The Welcome Packet to contain more detailed information about gate access (code & instructions for visitors/delivery), access to parcel pending room (not individual lockers), local information such as shopping, restaurants, and services. It would be nice to have Parcel Pending lockers instead of one large room where all the packages are placed. The office staff has been great about helping me find my packages. Overall good experience so far, shame I have to move because of the carpet issue.

Good amenities, nice inside, but they don't bother telling you, you pay extra money for the “view” of a pond that comes with a train coming by 10-15 times a day all hours of the night blaring it’s horn which is a complete rip off. Then factor in the fact that there are no cameras around the property except the management building and multiple car break ins having to get your windows fixed adding an extra 400 dollars to your already ridiculous rent you pay just to have problems.
