Beautiful riverfront resort just steps from the ocean. Our suite had a fireplace and balcony overlooking the river. Special treat were two luxurious robes hanging in the closet. Very large room tastefully decorated in rustic style. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area was beautiful and lots of seating. Delicious breakfast with many hot items. Great night sleep in this luxurious hotel. Would love to stay here again if in the area.

We loved that the hot tub was open 24 hours and kid-free after 10pm. Staff is friendly. Hotel is kept clean and maintained. River front room had a balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the view. Close walking distance to the beach and stores..

Room was very clean. We enjoyed the wonderful continental breakfast. Our beds were comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk were polite and very helpful and cheerful. When we're in the area, we will choose this hotel again for our stay.

Never had a cleanliness issue. Staff is always friendly. We love staying here. Lots of breakfast choices. Robes are so soft. Pool and hot tub are great but that suana is the absolute best thing ever!! Only place in Seaside we've stayed at for the past couple of years.

Room was great, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to all attractions and the beachfront. Could use more towels in the room for a three night stay so you don’t have to ask for more. The breakfast was lacking for some of the essentials such as waffle makers, pastries, and a variety of fresh fruits. In all a great place to

Great location right in town and walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly and Breakfast was amazing| This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely be back to stay again and will recommend this hotel to everyone

The front desk was very polite and everything was clean and well presented. Room 315 is mighty awkward in its layout which is why I can't give 5 stars. The jetted tub was what we were most excited for but it was difficult to get in. We would return to the hotel but not to that specific room. The entire experience was an 8 out of 10 for sure.

Not the best, not the worst. Good central location. Rooms are a tad dated. The hotel is not what I would call clean. Has coffee to enjoy when you arrive in thermoses, but cold! Breakfast in the morning very basic, not my favorite.
